Why would I respond when I get banned and can't respond, but oh well. I haven't had many scandals and arguments on my blog. I don't want to do it too often, going forward. But this is my principled stand. Which I'm going to say now.

Astarion fixed me for evil in fantasy. (Okay I've already been fixed.) Really the fandom is so obsessed with a health\healthy relationship with Astarion. More than AA to Tav ever could. Fixing is healing, if look at the story from the outside. It's a plot point. “To do better, gooder”. He manipulated sex, lied, was dangerous from the start, unhealthy, toxic. It's the same character. All attacks on AA are essentially attacks on the dark side of Astarion. These buzzing lectures about how unhealthy it is. Spawn not healthy either, so. The romance with Astarion is unhealthy, so. Fixing/healing/make better version someone you barely know, in your own beliefs, is the most unhealthy toxic abusive thing on planet Earth irl. Chance to be a better person, fantasy, vampire - okay. (I don't believe) and most importantly: I don't care - in past, now deeply I don't like it. But why are you still lecturing about AA&health? The evil of AA is that he won't let Tav go. This is the life Tav has chosen, they can refuse to turn at any time. Then the choice is made. Kinda obviously right away, no? And Spawn Astraion, if you start breaking up with him will say he sacrificed everything only for Tav. Oh, those “break up” choices breaking logic just to explore a character's rage feelings, eh? Same kind of fantasy vampire.

This is a bloodbath of fans - in which the story of Spawn Astarion is applied as a tool to expose what delulu AA fans are. (and the toxic mechanism of the superiority complex) Then why mention it at all? Just a little remark that will be appreciated, trendy - anyway in my case devalues this opinion and thought to zero.

This kind of rhetoric instantly turned me away from any content with Spawn Astarion. Never going to bring it back.
