Controlling Saiyan Saga/Scouter Vegeta in any Dragon Ball game just feels like this

One of my pet peeves in most Dragon Ball games is that they don’t do Saiyan Saga Vegeta “right.”

Most of the time, it just looks like modern Cell-Buu saga Vegeta just cosplaying as his old self.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is one of them, and although ARCsys did a little bit better by making his facial expressions accurate to Toriyama’s older art style, it isn’t really enough to me.

So, here’s a mid-effort edit of Base Vegeta’s render in DBFZ to make him look more accurate to Early DBZ

And alternatively from the new Xenoverse 2 DLC,

“I won’t miss next time.”

This video is only scratching the surface.
