So for those who have seen atleast Nimona and know that Disney technically had Nimona for a wile after they bought Blue Sky studio... I couldn't help but notice the vary clear art similaritys and considering how long it takes to make an animated movie im pritty sure that Disney just copied the art style of Nimona for Wish.
