Do you ever just have moments where you’re just incredibly grateful for your friends?
I’m a loner. Always have been. It’s really hard for me to connect with people and make friends and even harder to maintain them.
Except for my best friend. We met at my 4-H dog show and started talking because our parents knew each other and her older sister was also showing. We hit it off almost instantly and the next day we went to church camp together where we were inseparable. We’ve been friends ever since.
But then her family moved away and we became pen pals. Then a couple years after that my family also moved in the opposite direction and seeing each other became even harder.
My best friend and I haven’t seen each other in like 11 years and somehow she still wants to be my friend. We talk all the time, I send her the most random memes and posts and she listens to me rant or cry when I’m having an anxiety attack or I’m in a depressed spiral.
She’s just amazing and I’m so jealous of her other friends who get to see her all the time but I’m so glad that she has more people around her who love her like I do. I still miss my best friend though.
BUT WE MIGHT FINALLY GET TO SEE EACH OTHER THIS SUMMER!!!!!
I literally want to just sit down and cry because I’m so happy this girl didn’t abandon me-freak that I am- even though we’ve both moved and grown up. I can’t believe she wants anything to do with me. I’m also incredibly anxious about seeing her again because what if after she actually sees me and we can’t just stop texting for a little bit or send a funny gif to break the ice after a hard conversation she decides I’m really not that fun anymore?
I miss her so much but I don’t want to lose my best friend. One of my only friends and the one who knows me the best.
Anxiety really is the worst.
Dean Winchester x Reader: worrying chronicles.
Warnings: Swearing (probably), angsty?? but not really. John Winchester mentioned throughout the whole thing.
Tags: a bit angsty but with happy/fluffy ending, childhood friends, can be read as romantic, romantic coded, hunter!reader, reader has known sam and dean since kids, season 1, pre-season 1, can be read as black reader, can be read as plus size reader.
Reader pronouns: Non stated.
Word count: 1036
Summary: Dean calls reader and tells them he’s going to Stanford to get Sam. Reader wants him to rest.
Author’s note: I rarely ever write for Dean! Not because I don’t like him (I LOVE HIM), but because since I haven’t finished the show (i’m on season 8) the requests have to be either pre-show or within those seasons. Anyways, Dean and Sam Winchester requests are open, but with those conditions !! love my boys <3 graphic made by me (CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW PRETTY HE IS?)
You weren’t doing anything special when Dean called, you were planning foods and cooking weeks in advance. The hunter life you had led all your life had taught you enough to know homemade foods were a privilege, and that new hunts would always come into your life without a warning, wrecking all your plans. So, after those terrible, almost death experiences you liked to call a work well done, it was nice to go back home and find your fridge full of frozen food you could just heat up and eat.
It was the ringing of the phone that made you lift your gaze up from the vegetables you were cutting so carefully, your movements coming to a halt in order to not lose a finger without it being in a worthy battle. You didn’t let go of the knife as your hand, after slightly cleaning it against your jeans, came to grab the cell phone on the counter. Barely glancing at the name from whom the call was, you pressed the device against your ear and continued with your work.
“It’s me.” You answered quickly, hearing the background noise from the other side of the line. It was easily recognizable, considering you were able to recognize the noises Dean’s Impala made even in your deepest sleep. Perks of being friends. “Y’know, you shouldn’t make phone calls while driving.”
“I can do two things at once.” Dean said with a little huff, and even though you were probably a good amount of miles apart, you noticed the way his voice didn’t sound the same. He had never been good with masking his worry, and you had never been good at not worrying about him.
You stopped cutting slowly and moved away from the counter. If something had happened, you couldn’t have your attention split in two. “Yeah, you tell that to the cops… Is everything alright?”
A beat of silence, which Dean used to avoid your question. “I’m driving to Stanford to go get Sam.”
“What?”
The silence let you know Dean wouldn’t be repeating himself, but thankfully enough he stayed on the line, waiting for your amazement to reduce. You had known the Winchesters for years — Hell, you three had practically grown together. It had been some long time ago, but you still remembered like it was yesterday the phone call you received from Dean to tell you that Sam had given up on the hunter life and basically left home after a big argument with their dad, John Winchester. You also remembered Sam’s call, after Dean’s, telling you the news. It hadn’t hurt from Sam’s part, knowing that was what was best for him, but it had from Dean’s, since he hadn’t been able to accept that his brother leaving had nothing to do with him.
You wanted to tell Dean that dragging Sam back into a life he did not want was not what he was supposed to do as a brother, but your mind went into another direction, knowing he wouldn’t accept that lesson from you; or anyone. All these years, Dean had been working wonderfully with his father, or so he made it look like — if he needed Sam, something bigger was happening, and he wasn’t completely avoiding telling you.
“Why?” You asked finally, your hand coming up to pinch the bridge of your nose. Was a headache coming your way already?
“My dad’s on a hunting trip.” He replied quickly, and something in the way he said it told you he had rehearsed those same words a lot. Not because of being untrue, though, you knew John had gone on a big trip on his own for some reason Dean either didn’t want to tell you or didn’t know about. “He hasn’t called, he hasn’t said anything. I don’t know crap about him.”
That was bad. John could be an asshole, but his rules during a lone hunt were unbreakable, and those included informing constantly about his whereabouts. “Have you asked Bobby? Maybe he—”
“No one knows anything.” Dean interrupted you, rather abruptly. He was truly worried, and you just hoped he wouldn’t lose sight of the road ahead of him. “Nothing, none, nada. I’m getting Sam, and we're going to find where the hell he is.”
“Dean, wait.” Your glance shifted to the clock in your kitchen, your hand closing in a nervous fist. “It’s too late. You should rest tonight and go tomorrow morning, early.”
You could almost see him shaking his head. “We can’t lose time.”
“What is going to change if you arrive tonight at Stanford?” You insisted, rolling your eyes at how strong headed he was. Years together, and you still were amazed at how little he listened. “Dean, you’re in no condition to drive. You’re tired and nervous, just drive to my place, and then tomorrow—”
He called out your name rather harshly, to make you stop. “I have to find him.”
“And you will. Just come and rest, De.”
Your eyes glanced again at the clock when silence and the noises from the road were the only thing you could hear. Dean was really good with his car and he didn’t drive badly, but when he was worried things changed — you had been in enough almost accidents for you to have good reasons to not want him so late in the road. And he knew you were right, but the decision was on his hands, and it couldn’t help but irk you slightly.
You could still push it, though. “Please?” You murmured, loudly enough for him to hear it but also low enough to be able to be lost in the distance between you.
Dean clicked his tongue, and then sighed. “I’m fifty miles away. Don’t wait for me, I’ll climb through your window or something.”
“I’ll wait.” You retorted, with that voice you used to show you were completely adamant about your decision. It wasn’t difficult to hear the little huffed chuckle he let out, and it made you ease up, to know he was finally slowing down and rationalizing things. “Don’t run too much, dickhead.”
With a little scoff, Dean hung up and you found yourself smiling at nothing at all.
The Rap Battles - An Im Changkyun imagine (not full blown but we are getting there)
kindaa angsty, fair warning, I saw this in a dream
The first time I broke someone’s nose was to defend Changkyun. And I say first time because I did it again and again until he became big enough for the roles to be reversed. We got to meet each other during middle school in Boston, where he introduced himself as Daniel. I did not get to know his Korean roots and name until I got invited to his home for a school project and dinner, after when I replaced “Danny” with “Kyun” and never called him anything else since then.
He was my closest friend for the three years he stayed in Boston, bonding over the fact we were both foreigners in America and kinda ignored by the other teens anyway. Being what psychologists call a “gifted child” I was mostly engaged in school related stuff, but Changkyun was so talented from such a young age. He wrote lyrics at the corners of our textbooks and repeatedly muttered them under his breath, drumming his fingers on the surfaces around him. I was the first one to hear his verses and the first one to worry when he announced he wanted to try the infamous underground rap battles.
Fast forward to the day before the battle, when the freestyle challenge was announced. He wasn’t used to not materialize his thoughts on paper, on his arms (or mine), on a desk, on a wall – cue really intense anxiety attack. So I told him that if the rules stated not written lyrics, he could make up something in his mind and perform it, gradually adding as he went. To this day I still not know if I prompted my best friend to cheating, but I was not about to watch Changkyun lose years of his life being anxious over an illegal unofficial rap battle, for fuck’s sake.
Being half-blind already, it was difficult for me to spot I.M (cool stage name, right?) in the darkness but I could hear him, which was way more important at the moment. He was doing great, winning wannabe rapper after wannabe rapper with ease, having the phrases fixed on his mind. Ease that I was missing, not being used staying in dark underground public places way after midnight. The night was coming to a close, one last contestant against Kyun and we could get out of here. I walked through a crowd of older, balkier, scary boys and girls that my best friend -my best friend! – had left behind, and despite being scared I was so happy and proud.
When I reached the center of the circle I was momentarily confused because my friend looked scared and sad, rather than proud and happy. All the other boys and girls have put him in the middle and booed at him, calling him names, accusing him of cheating and refusing to give him his winning money. As I already mentioned I was still bigger than him at that age, so I went and stood right in front of him, shoving my face right under Kim’s nose, who for an older boy, he really was a sore loser. “Changkyun won fair and square, he is better than you and everyone in here and will be a real rapper one day. Can you please give us our money, you big cry baby?” Yeah, he tried to reach Changkyun right after that and Kyun yeeted himself right outta there, like every normal human being would have done, which caused a new wave of laughs and boos.
So when Kyun got out of my peripheric vision, I turned around, took off my glasses, gave them to a kid next to me and rolled up my sleeves, making the whole area go silent. I punched Kim right at his nose and the disgustingly satisfying crack echoed around, and before anyone have even realized that the bone was broken I (and my glasses) was a couple blocks away, hugging my bestest friend’s small frame, kneatting my fingers through his hair and telling him that yes, for me he is the bestest rapper out there and one day he’ll be great and peppered his head and face with smooches until I left him home. Nobody dared to touch him again, at least in Boston.
I wonder if he still remembers me when they ask him in interviews who the first person to hear him rap was.

It was really random.
One minute I was walking quickly to get home as soon as I could, and the next I bumped into some dude with a face mask in hiding more than half of his face.
Also, to my dismay, I spilled a little coffee on him. Not that much but it still left a small wet mark on his shirt.
“Shit. I’m so sorry sir” I said panicking.
This man could be a weirdo. He could randomly yell at me. Or ask me to pay for his shirt. Or… Fuck it’s always me that deals with shit like this…
“Nah it’s fi- wait a minute do I know you or something?” He said and pulled down his face mask.
I dared to look at his face and the sight took my breath away.
“Holy shit! Hoseokie is it you??” My childhood friend, that I had lost contact years ago, was right in front of my face.
“(Y/n)!” He pulled me in a big hug. “I missed you so fucking much” He was still so loud.
“We lost contact so many years ago” I frowned.
“Yeah I had such hectic schedule after my debut. I’m so sorry hun” he frowned back.
Back then we were inseparable. He was my best friend. He was there for me when I had a hard time and I was there for him when his girlfriend dumped him for another guy (It’s a true story though).
“Do you have anywhere to be?” He asked.
“Um… no I was just heading home.” I replied. I got a big smile in return.
“Awesome. Would you like to spend some time with me? I’m free.” He was hopeful (they don’t call him j-hope for nothing).
“Sure. That is a great idea” I was excited.
We sat down in a small coffee shop, really close to my house.
“We have to make time to meet. Now that I saw you after all these years, I can’t just let you go again” Hoseok took a sip from his coffee.
“Totally right.” I replied, too busy munching on my sandwich.
We sat there for hours. We had finished our things and ordered again around 3 times. It was ridiculous how many things we had to say.
There was never an awkward moment. Just like the old times.
I, finally, decided it was time to leave. He insisted to pay for my things too and I insisted he didn’t but he pulled the “i’m a millionaire now. I can buy the store if I want” card and didn’t let me say anything else after that.
We walked around a bit again. Still talking about the things that happened during all those years that we didn’t have the chance to talk.
He offered to bring me home. We both still had time. I didn’t have work tomorrow and he had a free week, before going back to preparing for their comeback.
I invited him over, thanking the gods that I had tidied up the place. We chilled and he texted his friends to explain why he was out for that long, because they were worried.
After we said pretty much everything that happened all this time. He got up and put his jacket on.
When he was ready to leave, he pulled me in a hug again and pulled away slowly.
His eyes met mine. We were only inches apart. He slowly leaned in and so did I.
Our lips met and we both just stood still. Now that’s what I call awkward.
My brain had a hard time realizing what I was doing. I WAS KISSING MY CHILDHOOD FRIEND!
But it felt as if I wanted to do this for so long.
I placed my hand on the nape of his neck, deepening the kiss. His arms wrapped around my waist pulling me closer.
Our lips moved slowly against each other’s. After a few seconds we pulled away to catch our breaths ad he leaned his forehead against mine, smiling and nuzzling my nose with his.
“It feels as if I wanted to do this since forever” He breathed out.
“Yeah, me too” I trailed off.
“Um… Could you, you know, give me your phone number, so I could see you again?” He wasn’t as confident as he seemed a few hours ago.
“Of course” I giggled and gave his lips a small peck.
…….
Just a little something I wrote for a friend
Best friends?
Tendō x reader
Summary: Being his best friend since childhood but realizing you may like him more than just a friend
A/N: this is my first time publishing something for Haikyuu so I hope y’all like it ;)
He was your neighbor, he was funny, a little different from others, but who wants to be like everyone else? He always made you laugh and never got bored.
When you first noticed he got bullied, you talked to him and he reassured you that it was not as bad as it may seam and that he was ok with it. But when it went on for some time, you decided to come by one practice. You defend him and you may or may not punched a rude boy. Tendō definitely tried to stop you, but let’s be honest you’d do anything for him.
Shortly after you joined the team, so that you could make sure that they didn’t say anything mean. Which they didn’t they were terrified of you and left the two of you alone.
After middle school, you went to Aoba Johsai and he chose Shiratorizawa. You both remained friends and often meet up on the weekends. When meeting you often studied together, or played some volleyball. You joined the girls team of your school, while he became one of the best players of Shiratorizawa. You were proud of him and celebrated all his victories, but never got to see him actually play. Until the spring tournament in your third year. Your team was finished earlier and instead of resting before your next game you decided to watch the end of Tendōs game. You sprinted to the main hall and up the stairs to the stands. You made your way to the front row.
He was in his third set and sweating like crazy, but he still blocked the other team with ease. You admired him for his skill and his amazing goal rate. You screamed his name and cheered him on further.
Tendō would recognize your voice under a thousand others and quickly shoot you a glance and a wink. The Shiratorizawa fans definitely looked at you confused. You where in your own team colors and cheered for the player all the fans seamed to stay distant from.
As they made their last score for the win you ran down the stairs and after they thanked their fans and got out the gym, you immediately ran to your best friend hugging him tight. “You where amazing Satori! You looked so cool ahhhh!!” He lifted you off the ground and swung you around a little “Did you see that crazy last block I did, I’m a genius!” You ruffled through his hair smacking his head afterwards. “Don’t the so full of yourself.” You scolded him while laughing. He put you down again while smiling like an idiot. “Care to introduce us to your girlfriend Tendō?” A blonde boy asked “What? Oh ah she-“ that term made your head a little fuzzy and a bubbly feeling made its way to your belly. “Y/l/n Y/n” you answered, ignoring the title given to you. Tendō looked at you with little surprise but decided to talk later.
“When’s your next game?” He asked instead making you panic “Shit I have to leave, see you later! It was nice meeting y’all, we’ll talk a different time! Bye!” And with that you ran back to the gym of the girls tournament.

You could listen to this while reading. (I’ll tell you when to begin) i just wanted to make it more dramatic hehe
Pt1 here
After the shock I experienced when I locked eyes with the mysterious creature, I was reminded of my current state. Helpless, alone, in a forest, at night. What could I possibly do to, at least, survive the night? I climbed up a tree, using every rock and fallen branch I could find, to step on. I got on a big enough branch and sat. Well, this is all I can do. I tried to get some sleep, but the constant sounds around me kept me alarmed.
Unlucky me, didn’t know, that my husband had followed me, until he saw the creature and me lock eyes. That was when he left, realizing he could use all this against me. He, the same night, visited the castle, and to inform the king. Kwangsoo was a lucky bastard, because his childhood friend, Daejung, inherited the throne of his ill father, just a month after our wedding. So he practically didn’t have to do anything but to exaggerate, while explaining to him what happened.
And my luck was still absent, because it wasn’t even an hour after the sun had risen, when I heard voices from under the branch I was sitting. I was in a state of being half asleep, when I realized that the voices were threatening me.
“Get down from the tree, before we come up there.” Kwangsoo’s voice filled my ears. My eyes widened at the picture in front of me. Kwangsoo and five… soldiers? They were armed men in armors, so they were probably part of the king’s army. And at that moment I realized I was doomed.
The men started kicking on the tree to make it move. I had no choice but to get down. The men gathered around me, two of them grabbed each of my arms and the others walked around us, in case I tried to escape.
I was taken to the castle. My hands are tied. Literally. I was put down, sitting on my knees, in front of the king’s throne. Soldiers and maids all around me, Kwangsoo smirking in a corner.
Daejung had a look of disgust written across his face. He ‘tsk’ed out loud, shaking his head from right to left.
“Bring her to the guillotine.” He simply ordered. What?
The men grabbed me again and escorted me out quickly. I was placed in front of the guillotine, in the middle of the village’s central square. The king’s voice was loud behind me.
“Her decapitation will take place on sunset.” He simply stated and walked away with his men. Kwangsoo stayed behind. He placed his hand on my cheek, still smirking.
“And you thought you could run away, you cheating bitch.” He slapped me and walked away chuckling.
(You can begin listening to the song)
As the sun started setting, a lot of people started gathering around me. They were gossiping, everyone on my husband’s side. I never got the chance to even explain myself to anyone.
An ear ripping screech was heard from behind the crowd that had formed. My mother.
She pushed from between the people. As soon as her eyes met mine, she stopped. She took steps back. As people started questioning her about me, she turned to me with a cold glare and the words I heard, hit me harder than anything could.
“I don’t recognize this person. I never had a child. That girl is not my daughter.” She exclaimed and people apologized and let her go. She too steps back, but stayed to watch my decapitation unfold.
The king arrived, along with my husband and a few of his soldiers.
“You have one minute left.” A soldier said.
Revenge.
“Hi mom! Yeah you! Stop pretending you can’t hear m-” I was cut off mid-sentence by a hand covering my mouth.
“Did I say you could speak?” I glared at the soldier and licked his hand and he pulled it away, cringing.
“It’s time.” The king spoke up and moved closer.
“Kwangsoo, will you have the honor?” He pointed at the guillotine and my husband hesitated, before taking a step to the front.
“With pleasure.” He replied and held the rope.
“Let’s all count down, shall we?” The king turned to the crowd.
“3”
I took a breath in. Memories of Taehyung and I filled my thoughts. The first time I met him, the afternoons he spent over at my house, getting along with my family, his 18th birthday.
“2”
Why did he leave me?
“1”
And right before Kwangsoo let the rope go from his hands, a scream was heard from a person from the crowd.
“The demon!” the woman screamed, before fainting.
I turned my head to my left, where she was pointing.
I was faced with something I wasn’t expecting.
A creature with huge wings staring right at the king with a smirk on his face.
My eyes widened.
Taehyung.

You can read Pt1 and Pt 2 here.
“It can’t be…” Kwangsoo’s mumble was heard from my right.
I was just as shocked as everyone else.
The creature I saw in the forest is… Taehyung? My childhood friend. The person that was there for me, when I went through hardships. The person I was there for, when the nightmares of his parents leaving him filled his thoughts. But most importantly, the person I was wishing, secretly, every night to be my soulmate. The person that ran around my mind whenever someone mentioned soulmates.
When he refused to show me the name that appeared on his wrist, my inner optimist thought that it was my name written on his skin, but my pessimist side, and the most dominant one, always replied with an “If so, then why isn’t he showing it to you?”.
Even after all this, I kept wishing to see his name written on my skin.
But when my mark was finally clear enough to read, it seemed too late. Taehyung had disappeared from my life and I was already married.
The words ‘Kim Taehyung’ written on my skin with calligraphic letters appeared. He is my soulmate. I repeated over and over again. I think I hadn’t lived a happier day in my life. I was dancing around my room, I was practically glowing with happiness.
He is my soulmate. He is destined to be mine and I, his. He is mine. Taehyung is mine. But, am I his soulmate? Am I his?
Every time this thought came back, my happiness faded. How could I know? How could he know? Taehyung wasn’t a part of my life anymore.
Still, now, so close to dying, the doubt filled my thoughts. Am I his soulmate?
Taehyung’s, now, wings were spread, the smirk never leaving his face.
As soon as Kwangsoo’s grip on the rope loosened, Taehyung flew as fast as he could towards me. He caught the blade with his bare hands, before it reached my neck. He pulled it off of the wood and dropped it down. He freed my head from the frame and pulled me close to him, but before he could do anything, soldiers gathered around us with their spears (Britney) pressed to his neck.
Taehyung chuckled. He just chuckled. The soldiers around him, confused kept their weapons in their hands.
“So, it is true.” The king’s voice got the attention of everyone.
“Your dumb wife did try to cheat on you with a demon. Too bad they’ll both lose their lives today. Isn’t it sad, Kwangsoo?” He turned towards his friend who looked ready to run for his life. I had never seen Kwangsoo scared and honestly, it is my favorite sight.
“You wish.” Taehyungs growl was heard from behind me.
He felt spears (Britney) jabbing his wings and pressing onto his neck tighter.
“Oh, you’re really optimistic, even moments before dying. How sweet, that you’re trying to act brave in front of your dumb bitch.” Kwangsoo’s shaky voice betrayed him. Taehyung’s grip around me tightened after he heard the word “bitch”.
Taehyung had had enough. He grabbed me and flew high. The soldiers moved to the front, but couldn’t grab him. He flew away from them, chuckling at how easy it was to avoid their, fancy but useless, spears (Britney).
“Dumb humans calling you a dumb bitch is ironic.” He mumbled and flew far away (so faaaaaar awaaaaay) from them.
My gaze fell to his arms wrapped around me and I tried to make out the words on his skin. But I couldn’t see anything.
“I’ll lower us down soon.” He said as he searched for a safe place away from them.
I still hadn’t spoken up. I was dumbfounded, but calm in the arms of my soulmate. But once again the doubt filled my head.
I finally stepped on ground, on a high rock, obviously too hard for humans to climb.
Taehyung freed my tied legs and when he reached my tied hands, his eyes fell on the mark. He gazed at this name engraved on my skin and his eyes widened.
He quickly freed me from the ropes and looked straight into my eyes.
I blushed under his stare, turning my head to my right.
His hand reached my cheek and I, subconsciously, leaned into his touch. He turned my face to make me look at him, and we locked eyes.
“So it is you. It’s actually you.” His voice was shaky and his eyes were teary.
He moved our hands next to each other’s and I finally saw what I was waiting to see all this time.
‘(Y/n) (Y/l/n)’
I shed a tear of happiness and pulled him close, burying my head in the crook of his neck, inhaling his scent.
“I missed you” I whispered, my tears now staining my cheeks.
“I missed you so much. Do you know how hard it was to live without you? To spend my eighteenth birthday alone? To get married to a stupid man that made me miserable? Why did you leave Tae? Why did you leave me alone?” I whimpered.
Taehyung hugged my trembling body tighter.
“I’m sorry. I was scared. When I got your name on my wrist, I was excited. I tried to keep it a secret until you got your mark and make it a surprise, but when you came to me crying about your parents forcing you to marry someone else, I lost it. I couldn’t bear being around you knowing you couldn’t be mine.” He sniffled and pulled away staring into my eyes.
“Two days after I left, things like spikes appeared in my back, and I panicked. I hid in the woods, until I found an old man who explained to me exactly what was going on and showed me a place to hide from humans. The night I saw you, I also saw your husband hiding behind you, and panicked. I thought you recognized me. I hid from you, but stayed around, making sure no one would attack you in your sleep. And around dawn, I left to make sure you wouldn’t find me. But that was the biggest mistake, because that was when they caught you. I waited until I learned how to fly with my wings and I think I came just when I was supposed to.” He wiped away my tears and placed some hair behind my ear.
“I’m sorry I hid from you. I’m sorry you went through all these. I’m sorry I put your life in danger. But most importantly, I’m sorry I didn’t tell you that we are soulmates earlier. It would have been so different. Everything would be better.” He sighed.
“Taehyung,” He sat down next to me and spread his hurt wings, drops of blood flying behind him.
“But let’s not think about this now. You’ve got me and I’ve got you and you’re all I need.” He confessed and my heart fluttered.
“Isn’t this the part where we kiss? Soulmate?” He turned to me with a teasing smile and I blushed hiding my face in my hands.
“Ahh, you’re too cute.” He said and pulled me on his lap.
“You’ve gotten stronger.” I tried to change the subject and he buried his face in my neck, nuzzling his nose against me.
“I was always strong.” He mumbled and pulled his face away, a cute pout on his lips.
“Ahh, you’re too cute.” I mimicked him and he chuckled.
He placed his palm on my cheek and leaned in closer. My breath hitched in my throat as I stared at his lips. So kissable. So fucking kissable.(my actual thoughts on Tae’s lips)
Just before his lips reached mine, he stopped. “Can I?” He whispered.
I gave him a small nod and soon enough, he pressed his lips against mine. I felt him smiling into the kiss, as he pulled our faces closer deepening the kiss.
I placed my palm on his cheek as our lips moved against each other’s in perfect sync.
“I love you, soulmate.”

Word count: 1.1k (1129)
“Jihyo, please don’t run away from mommy.” I whined and trailed behind my 5 year old child.
“But mommy, the ice cream will leave!” She chanted and started tugging on my arm.
“No, baby, the ice cream parlor stays there, walk slower, please, I’m getting old.” I promised her I would get her ice cream, if she didn’t bite any kids at kindergarten, so I had to keep my promise and take her to the ice cream parlor that’s close to my small apartment.
Being a mother at 23 is hard. Being a single mother at 23, is even harder. But no struggle compares to her little giggles and her smile.
“Mom, come on, quickly!” She ran inside, the woman behind the counter smiled at her. “I want ice cream!” Jihyo said loudly.
“What flavor do you want, sweetie?” The woman looked at her and then at me. After asking for our favorites, we waited for the woman to finish and I pulled out my wallet to pay for the ice cream.
“Your sister is really cute.” The woman said and handed me the two cones.“Thank you, but she’s my daughter.” I replied with a small smirk.
Every time. They think she’s my sister and when I tell them that she’s my daughter, they stare at me shocked.
“But you look really young, like, early twenties?” The woman said with a confused voice and handed me the receipt. “Because I am.” I replied, took Jihyo’s hand and turned to leave, Jihyo yelling goodbyes to the lady.
On our way back to my small apartment, Jihyo, once again overly excited, started walking faster than me. At one point, she turned to say something to me, but in the process, stumbled on a man, the ice cream going all over his tight pants. FUCK! I hope he’s not a weirdo.
“Oh, be careful, little one.” He said in a calm voice. He kneeled down, his face being the same level as Jihyo now. “I’m sorry for your ice cream, do you want me to get you another one?” He whispered at Jihyo, who was now pouting. Just pouting. Thank god my child isn’t one of those who throw tantrums.
The man raised his head to look at me and I suddenly felt my stomach tight. “(Y/n)?” “Jungkook?” “Oh my god, is it really you?” He said and slowly stood. He extended his hand to Jihyo, who held it. “Is that..?” He trailed off and looked at Jihyo who now had a confused look on her face.
“Mommy, is this mister a stranger?” She asked letting go of Jungkook’s hand and hiding behind me. “No, Jihyo, I’m mommy’s friend.” He said once again kneeling. “I know your mommy since I was your age. But I work a lot and haven’t seen her since you were a baby.”
“But I am baby” She giggled and hugged Jungkook’s leg. “I’m sorry for your pants .” She apologized and I felt so proud of my little baby. “It’s okay. Now, shall I go buy you another ice cream?” He said and I cut him off saying that he didn’t have to, but he insisted. He got her the same and got one for himself and we all sat down on a bench, eating and happily chatting.
“Thank you ice cream man!” Jihyo turned to Jungkook, who giggled.
Jungkook and I soon finished our ice cream and he walked over to the bin and threw the paper towels and sat down next to Jihyo again.
He raised his head to look at me, and our eyes met. He has grown up now, he looked really great, but a little tired. “I missed you.” He whispered. “Me too.” I replied. Jungkook has been so busy all these years. We actually lost contact soon after I gave birth to Jihyo.
The first person that held her was him. The photo my mom took is still in my room. He supported me during my pregnancy, even if he isn’t her father.
“Do you get anyone’s help, sometimes?” he asked in English and I got exactly what he wanted to say.“No.” I simply replied.
No, I don’t have anyone, because who would date a 23 year old with a child?
Jungkook nodded. But he had a small smile on his face. It would either be for Jihyo who now widened her eyes and turned to him, or because of what I said to him.
“What is your name?” Jihyo asked remembering that she hadn’t introduced herself the way she does. “My name is Jungkook, but I know your name.” He said and Jihyo pouted. “No! Ask me for my name!” she whined. “Fine, what is your name?” Jungkook said with a baby voice.
“One, two, three, A, B, C, my name is Jihyo you see!” Jihyo jumped the way her favorite cartoon character did and sent a flying kiss to Jungkook. She, her father and their fucking flying kisses.
Jungkook smiled the whole time during her introduction and giggled at the end. “One, two and three, A, B and C, my name is Jungkook you see!” He imitated her. “Noo! It’s not right!” She whined. I kept looking at them interacting, a smile spread on my face. I missed him so much.
After a while, Jungkook, pulled out his phone, to take silly selfies with the little one, but once he saw the time his eyes widened, but he quickly covered it and turned to me.
“I don’t have the same phone number, because I lost my phone and all the contacts. Please give me your phone number.” He said and handed me his phone. I put my number in his phone, leaving the contact name blank, and handed it to him. He put a “<3” only and quickly snapped a photo of me to use it for my contact.
“Thank you. Jihyo, Jungkook has to leave, but I will see you again really soon, okay?” He said and she nodded. She wrapped her small arms around his neck and kissed his cheek. He lowered her down and turned to me, his arms wide open. He embraced me and buried his head in my neck.
“I will not disappear again. Ever. I’ll be here for you.” He whispered and squeezed me tight. He pulled away from the hug and turned to the both of us.
“Goodbye, beautiful ladies. I’ll see you soon!” He smiled and winked at Jihyo, who was now blushing and hiding behind me. He walked away and I took a look at Jihyo’s blushing face and held her hand.
“Mommy, mister Jungkook is really funny. I really like him!” She squealed and jumped. “Me too.” I whispered and we both walked to the direction of my apartment.

“Excuse me, I’m her boyfriend”
Jealous Jackson x reader
Warning:none
Genre:Funny
(g/f/n)= guy friend name
Word count: 417
Summary: Dating Jackson can be... wild. Sometimes he's quick to act impulsively but, like he says, at least he looks good with his shirt off.
A/N: I can actually see this happening
~~~~~~~
“Holy shit, (y/n) is that you?” A voice was heard from behind me. “Oh my god, (g/f/n)?” I was so shocked to see my childhood best friend at the mall.
“How have you been? Wow, you’re so pretty but you lost some weight, are you healthy? Are you working somewhere? Have you met anyone special? Wow your hair is great, how are you always so pretty.” He said. “You’re like an angel.” He added and I giggled, being used to his comments, but there was someone who wasn’t really used to them. Jackson.
Jackson creeped up behind me, staring at my friend, who shot him a confused look.
“Hi, may we help you?” He asked kindly. “Ah, this is my boyfriend Jackson. Baby, this is my childhood friend, (g/f/n)” I introduced the two, completely oblivious to Jackson’s jealousy.
“It’s nice to meet you. Anyways (y/n), how about I take you out to eat sometime, huh?” My friend winked and I swear I heard Jackson whine behind me.
“Um excuse me, I’m her boyfriend!” He whined, waving his hands in front of my friends face.
“Yes, honey I got that, but you’re kinda interrupting me here. Sweetheart, what do you think?” (g/f/n) completely dismissed Jackson.
“Um what? (Y/n), tell him, I’m your boyfriend, I’m right here!” Jackson whined.
“Yes, baby, he’s not stupid he got that.” I said and turned to my friend. “Of course, are you free tomorrow?” I asked and Jackson was shocked for some reason.
“What? Hello! I’m Jackson, your boyfriend, her boyfriend, you can’t just ignore me, you can’t call her angel and sweetheart, she’s mine, you can’t go out together, not tomorrow!” He whined, turning his head to look at both of us and we where so confused.
“Jackson, what is going on, why are you acting like this?” I asked.
“Excuse me, guys, who are you?” A man appeared from behind us.
“Ah, love, this is my childhood friend (y/n) and her boyfriend and right now he’s throwing a tantrum like a baby, aren’t they cute?” my friend said to, who I assumed was his boyfriend.
“Aw, nice to meet you, honey, he talks about you quite a lot. I’m Kwangsoo.” (yes, the same name from Stay away from Jungkook and Forbidden love)
“We should probably go, darling, we don’t have much time.” Kwangsoo said and (g/f/n) gave me his number so we could meet tomorrow.
“Um, Jackson care to explain your behavior?” I asked, now knowing fully well what was going on with him.
“I might act childish sometimes, but at least, I look good with my shirt off.”
female deku: hair troubles
because the ideas just keep coming OTL (at least it’s short this time)
i thought of this idea on 7/15 and am thinking of using this for katsudeku week day 2: childhood (i’ll see if i can incorporate confessions like day 1′s brainstorming)
femaleizuku and katsuki as childhood friends
growing up, deku always had longer hair that she’d put up in pigtails and then a low tail
one day she gets into an accident with katsuki (aka he burns her hair). katsuki DID NOT do this on purpose
since this happened when they were kiddies, katsuki is pretty traumatized by it and starts to keep deku at a distance because he’s afraid he might hurt her but deku is a clingy kid who isn’t easily deterred
after that deku has always worn her hair short because it’s just more convenient. she still ends up being AMs successor, doing training, going to UA (yatta yatta)
one day katsuki hints at wanting her to grow out her hair and she eventually does. he’s pretty much been feeling regret since that day, thinking it was his fault she hasn’t grown it out even though deku assured him thousands of times it was OK
he’s so happy she grew it out!
inner tears, outward smile and the class almost dies because KATSUKI CAN SMILE?!
he needs to protect his girl because now she’s even cuter (LOL)
i would think a canonKatsuki with femDeku wouldn’t be as rough in his bullying if deku were a girl? idk, all his friends were guys but since their parents are friends (are they i think where did i see this?!) then they’d be friends regardless of gender. i would think his mom would be on him about his behavior towards deku-chan because she’s a girl
also, idk if anyone else got this but when i was a kid and i liked someone my parents would tease me about my ‘boyfriend’ and this is so part of this story. i think deku would blush and not deny it or confirm while katsuki would explode and super deny it but ok maybe he does like her?? kiddie crushes ♥
Megumi met the Itadori twins when they were children (SukuIta Twins)
In My Eyes, Ch3
Megumi met the Itadori twins when they were children
He'd never met twins before so he'd been fascinated by the two that shared a nearly identical face but that were so different in personality. A personality that has continued to develop in ways he never expected and yet, he can also say they haven't changed at all
The Yuuji of his youth had been full of smiles and curiosity but was also afraid of many things. Things that Sukuna would often torment her with, which meant his easy entry into their bubble. Yuuji had been taller than both Sukuna and him at the time (even though Sukuna vehemently denied this, claiming that as twins they were the same height), which, according to Tsumiki, painted a hilarious picture since Yuuji would often hide behind him when Sukuna would bully her. He recalls often getting into arguments with Sukuna because of his treatment towards Yuuji and one time they'd even fought seriously enough where Grandpa Itadori had to interfere. He remembers Tsumiki scolding him and Yuuji's indecision on who to help out
When they were eight, Megumi and Yuuji shared a kiss, which left him very confused. He knew he liked Yuuji but did that mean he also liked Sukuna? He knew they were different people but they also looked so much alike (even as children, Yuuji and Sukuna shared the same hairstyle), and regardless of the fighting he and Sukuna sometimes got into, Sukuna was also his friend, and if Sukuna had been the one to ask about kissing...Megumi remembers sometimes thinking back to those times as a teen and wondering if he would have agreed to try it out with him instead
After all, Sukuna had his kind side. A side he didn't show often anymore but that was and is still primarily aimed towards Yuuji
When they were in middle school, the Itadori family moved away. He wasn't sure why or to where. They were just there one day and the next, gone. His own family was slowly crumbling as well, which is probably why he quickly moved them out of mind. Tsumiki was sick, his father had disappeared, and his mother...well, she hadn't been in the picture for so long. He had no time to think about friends who didn't think it important to tell him they were leaving
They were finally reunited in high school, but so many things had changed by then.
The first thing he noticed was that Yuuji was no longer the tallest, which he knew would be the case if they ever met again. Instead, she'd become the shortest of the three. She was still tall for a girl, measuring 5'7" (if he believed her) but Sukuna was clearly taller by a few inches, and Megumi, who had been the smallest as children, had finally grown into his father's genes and gained inches off the both of them. He'd seen the stars in Yuuji's eyes as she appraised his height, exclaiming that he was most definitely going to be the lady killer of their year. Yuuji and Sukuna also looked...different. Yuuji had let her hair grow out and wore it in a tail, meanwhile, Sukuna had his trademark unruly but short hair. Yuuji had grown into her curves, which Megumi hadn't been able to ignore, and Sukuna had become broader and fit. They really looked more like the fraternal twins they actually were
He also learned that Grandpa Itadori had passed away that year, which was part of the reason they were finally able to return to the city
Megumi never fancied himself a good person so the relief he felt when hearing this didn't guilt him. Yes, it was sad that Grandpa Itadori had died, but, as he'd heard it, it was naturally his time and he had gained his friends in return. He was glad of that.
It was soon after their reunion that Megumi began to notice the twin's closeness. They hadn't even been in classes for a month when the two came to school with new looks. Many people whispered, finding the pink and short hair on both of them funny, some of them thought it was weird, and a few, not so very quietly voiced their disdain. Sukuna was quick to shut those few up with a single look
The piercings came soon after and Megumi wonders if maybe the tattoos had already been there, or if they were also later additions.
He wondered if perhaps Yuuji had any hidden ink on her skin. Nothing was visible even when she'd wear the summer uniform, but he couldn't help but let his thoughts stray. Sukuna's were primarily hidden and Megumi briefly wondered if anyone aside from him and Yuuji knew the patterns on his skin (and really, the only reason he knew was because Yuuji had pulled up Sukuna's shirt when they had lunch on the roof one day, he'd noticed how she'd run her fingers along some of the marks while talking to him, how they knew their way around without her gaze, the way Sukuna had watched her, a frown on his face but his look intent)
Megumi wonders when it started and if the reason he was able to follow everything was because he was always watching Yuuji, or if it was because he was always watching Sukuna. It seemed like the two were one and the same
The touches were subtle and it helped that Sukuna was publicly indifferent, but Megumi had seen Sukuna while growing up. He knew Sukuna was always aware, always looking, which is probably why Megumi and he always found each other staring. Silently communicating, but Megumi didn't need any warnings. He knew and somehow it made sense
The way Yuuji would always sit next to Sukuna, close enough to touch, and when it wasn't possible, her gaze would constantly look for him. The way Sukuna would place his hand on her back then move it towards her waist slowly, like a caress, right before pushing her away. How their fingers would land on patches of bare skin, her thighs, his stomach, her ankle, his neck. Everything done so quickly that unless you were paying attention, the touches could be missed. The mumbling with that smile and shifting eyes, the conspiratorial smirks. Or how Yuuji would always try to include Sukuna into conversations even though she knew he would just ignore her attempts, unless he was feeling particularly playful. In those moments, Megumi could see the twins of his childhood
But these were all just conjectures to something he didn't dare touch
A/N:
Oops, I kind of forgot this existed! Sorry about the LONG delay, I still kind of remember where I was going with this (smut, lol!) but after writing this chapter, idk, I’m getting ideas. I think I want to write a chapter in Yuuji’s POV, lmk what you think! On here or on ao3 comments section
"Yeah, Deku," Katsuki teases and Deku squeezes his hand.
Read on Ao3
Ochako sighs in what Deku would describe as over the top and he bumps her shoulder, "That is uncalled for you know."
"You two are holding hands right now!" she aggressively whispers because yes, they're in the library, working on a group assignment.
"Yeah, Deku," Katsuki teases and Deku squeezes his hand. Katsuki smirks and squeezes back harder.
"Your flirting is so romantic," Uraraka deadpans, watching them, "Maybe that's why you didn't realize."
Izuku's face goes red, "We're not…flirting." His voice is slightly strained and then he makes a face, "Ok, I give."
Katsuki laughs, "Lasted a little longer this time, gotta keep training nerd, if you wanna keep up."
Ochako giggles and then turns serious again, pointing at their hands again, "See!"
Katsuki is gently rubbing Izuku's hand, sweet and making sure it gets proper circulation after their little squeeze-fest.
Izuku's smile is dorky and Ochako is reminded why so many of their classmates had a crush on him, "You do realize we're dating now, this is normal. You and Tsuyu hold hands all the time too."
"And suck face like there's no tomorrow," Katsuki adds.
"Yes and yes, jealous?" She's puffed out her impressive chest at Katsuki and, never to be outdone, Katsuki does the same. Too bad he's in the middle. And the topic, "Hell no, Deku's sucking is leagues better."
"He might be good but against a lesbian, he's a novice."
"Guys," Izuku whines, his face red.
"He was trained by the best, ME. And a gay's training is just as badass, we're not second best to anyone," and he makes gestures and oh no they're getting looks. Again.
"Kacchan," he tugs at the hand he's holding, "Not in public. Also, why are we…this topic…weren't we talking about being childhood sweethearts?"
Ochako backs down and Katsuki grins, "Two wins and it's only 9am. Keep her distracted, Deku."
Ochako rolls her eyes, "Fine. But this isn't over." She gives Katsuki the evil eye and he makes crude gestures at her that Izuku is pointedly not going to be doing to him in the near future
"How long have you two been dating?"
Before Izuku can say anything, Katsuki says, "Forever."
Izuku frowns, "Only if forever is 8 years. Does this mean you're done with me?"
Katsuki makes a face, "What." Except it's not really a question.
"You said you wanted forever with me. If we've been dating forever, doesn't that mean we've already finished forever?" He's smiling and Katsuki feels a vein throb.
Ochako whispers, "Was this where their love would end? Find out next time on KatsuDeku tease week."
"Round face," Katsuki glowers, then grins, "That's not a bad idea."
Ochako nods, "I'm full of them. If you want, I can even spice up your holidays. For a fee, of course."
"Oh?" Katsuki motions for her to go on.
"First, admitting that-"
He slams the table, "Rejected."
"You didn't even let her-"
"REJECTED."
There's a collective shushing and Izuku puts his (and Katsuki's one hand because yes, they're still holding hands) together in apology.
Ochako sticks out her tongue and then turns back to Izuku, "So 8 years is when you two officially started dating, right?"
Izuku nods.
"But you two are childhood friends, right?"
"Why are you starting with "but"?" Ochako gives him a look and he nods, "We are…"
"Now," she begins, her fingers at her chin in her typical "detective" or "cool" pose, "I don't know you two that well, but I bet Katsuki used to hog your attention. And would beat up anyone new who came near you."
Izuku can't help the grin and giggles that leave his mouth. Meanwhile, Katsuki makes a face, his lips pursed, "He did. Sort of. How'd you know?"
When they first met, Katsuki had been very adamant about Not being Izuku's friend. Until his mother threatened him, saying that she'd tell the new boy that Katsuki was actually in love with him and that's why he wouldn't play together. She wasn't entirely off the mark. Katsuki had thought Deku was cute but he'd been so small and timid. What did he know about playing heroes and villains? He was probably bad at it!
But after that, they'd been pretty inseparable and Katsuki had taken it upon himself not to let other kids hang around Deku for too long. He'd invite himself into their space if someone had approached Deku before him at the playground and if anyone was even a little mean, they would meet his fists of steel
He'd gotten in trouble a few times
"Can't teach an old dog new tricks," she shrugs.
"Or he likes it. Ever thought of that? Getting tied up, marked-"
"Denial?"
"Denial." Katsuki confirms
"You two," Izuku groans, "Stop talking about my sex life."
"Sex life?" someone says and Izuku looks up to find Todoroki looking at them. He grabs a chair next to Ochako and sits, "Do I want to know?"
Katsuki and Ochako both point at Izuku.
"Ahh," is all he says, taking out his laptop from his backpack.
"Oh, I know!" Ochako says, "Let's ask Todoroki! If he thinks so then it's gotta be true!"
Todoroki raises a brow and Izuku rubs his head, "Why…"
"Because he's dense as a board," Katsuki says, "Probably wouldn't know if someone wants to fuck him unless they pulled down his pants."
"I don't know," Ochako says, "I think he'd still be confused."
"I'm right here…and why can't they just tell me? Why pull down my pants?"
Ochako smiles, "Our point proven…! Todoroki!"
He looks at her, "Yes?"
"Are Katsuki and Deku childhood sweethearts?"
He turns his gaze to his two other group mates. His eyes go to their intertwined hands and then nods, "Yes, they've been dating for years."
He's one of the few classmates that's known them since high school.
"Wouldn't it be more appropriate to say we're high school sweethearts?" Izuku challenges but then feels Katsuki squeeze his hand.
"You do realize we started dating before high school, right?"
"Well, yeah, but only just…"
Ochako gasps and whispers, "Wait!! Maybe…maybe he's saying he didn't like you…before you started dating!"
"NO!!" They get shushed again, except that some of the kids around them look a little too intrigued, and Izuku swears the librarian hasn't left the same spot in the 700 section for a while
He blushes and says, more quietly, "I did like him, it's just…"
It's just that they had a moment in their childhood where Izuku thought Katsuki hated him.
Katsuki sucks his teeth and squeezes his hand, "We are, ok?"
"Yeah?" He asks.
"Yeah."
"Should I write this down in my calendar? Label it as "first time Katsuki is soft"?" She even goes as far as opening said calendar, which is fat with loose papers and has colorful tags sticking out the sides.
"Fuck you," Katsuki says, giving her the finger. She sends one back his way, then raises a second, which Katsuki can't mimic unless he lets go of Izuku's hand. Unless…
"Have they been like this all day?"
Izuku covers half his face as Katsuki forces their joined hands to flip off Uraraka, once more giving him a win.
"Yes."
a/n: just some childhood friend kai thoughts 👀
childhood friend kai who you first met when he moved in next door wearing an oversized blue hoodie covering his short, thin frame
childhood friend kai who was so shy when you went upto him to introduce yourself that he simply stared down at his feet the entire time while you rambled away, telling him about school and your neighbourhood.
childhood friend kai who became accustomed to your presence as you would head to school together, sit by each other in class, and when you return home you’d play in the park on the corner of your street until the sun set, spending every waking hour together
childhood friend kai who later became clingy and would never leave your side even when you told him you had homework and tests to study for, insisting that you could study together
childhood friend kai who started working out in the evenings after school, building up muscle and a physical frame much larger than the one he had when you first saw him
childhood friend kai who had suddenly started looking like a model until you realise that he’s always looked that way and you just hadn’t noticed it
childhood friend kai starts creeping into your thoughts more than usual, your brain fantasising about his presence and warm touch whenever he isn’t there
childhood friend kai who you finally realise you have a crush on but can’t tell in case it ruins your 9 years of friendship
childhood friend kai who has started looking at you differently (or so you’ve recently noticed), eyeing you up and down any time you wear a pretty outfit or smiling from ear to ear whilst staring at you as you clean your room yapping away
childhood friend kai who hugs you a little tighter, stares a little longer and holds your hand a little stronger grows feelings for you just as you have for him
childhood friend kai who makes you your favourite meal whilst both your parents are away on holiday, promising your parents that he would take care of you
childhood friend kai who puts on a horror movie knowing that you’ll get scared just so he could hold you in his arms for “protection”
childhood friend kai who caresses your hair when you fall asleep on his chest, later carrying you to your room and lying down next to you because your grip on his arm is too strong to remove
childhood friend kai who wakes up next to you, meeting your puffy eyes, signalling your night of good sleep
childhood friend kai who pushes the hair out of your face and moves in closer, attaching his lips with yours and kissing you gently before pulling away to meet your eyes once more
childhood friend kai who confesses his feelings for you by singing you a song he wrote whilst thinking about you
childhood friend kai who engulfs you in the warmest embrace after you reciprocate his feelings, declaring yourselves to be in a relationship
childhood friend kai who becomes your boyfriend after 11 years of friendship, promising to love you till the end of time whilst locking his fingers around yours, the morning sunlight gleaming over the both of you lying in bed
