i read one fic of yours and now im on a role and i must say you’re writing is ✨ wondrous ✨ like HOW IS IT SO GOOD AND CUTE? and since your requests are open i’m asking if i could ask for a scenario for suna, kuroo, and osamu where them and the reader just finished watching a horror movie and they said they left to go to a store like 8 mins ago but they actually didn’t, they just said that so they could mess around with the electrical buttons and prank their s/o? i saw this in a tiktok and these are the boys i see doing that stuff.

SUNA

You and Suna had invited the twins over for a movie night. And in a 3 to 1 vote, a horror movie was put on.

Only you voted against the horror movie.

It was entertaining watching Atsumu get frightened, but that didn’t mean you weren’t scared yourself. Fortunately, any time you couldn’t handle watching the movie, you would just bury your face into your boyfriend and wait it out.

And when the movie was over, the four of you realized the lack of snacks.

“You guys completely wiped out our pantry” Suna noticed. It was clear the twins just ate their way through your snacks and drinks- so the two took it upon themselves to head to the store to buy more food for the next movie.

“I’ll join them too” Suna murmurs in your ear, low enough for only you to hear. You nod and redirect your attention to your phone as the three boys leave.

Or- you thought the three left. While the twins did head to the store, Suna stayed behind, carefully sneaking and hiding to where you wouldn’t be able to see him.

He let you sit in silence for a few minutes before deciding to mess with the lights.

First, he would briefly flickered the kitchen light to catch your attention. Suna watched as you turn your head, after noticing it from your peripheral vision. Then he did it a second time.

You froze for a second, but shook your head. It was probably a wiring issue- you would ask Suna to fix it when he got home.

As soon as you looked back down at your phone, the living room lights flickered. And again. And again. Finally they turned off for a solid five seconds before turning back one.

Suna watched as you stood up, clutching your phone close to you. You quickly type away at your phone, and once you sent your message, you look back up, scanning the house. While you saw nothing, you were still ready to run out the door if necessary.

Suna realized you were writing a text to him, which read, “do you know if we have a problem with the wiring for the lights?” But he didn’t reply to you. Normally, he would reply straight away to you, but he decided to let you become more uneasy with this uncertainty.

And after you realized that your boyfriend didn’t take this long to reply, you came to the conclusion that maybe he didn’t bring his phone with him. That was the only logical answer.

So, you texted in the group chat consisting of you, Suna, and the twins.

you: hey samu or tsumu, can you let suna know there might be a problem with the wires?

samu: ???

tsumu: suna didn’t come with us lol

When Suna saw that text, he realized it was game over for him. You quickly came to the realization that Suna never had left the house.

“RIN. WHAT THE HECK” you screech to a seemingly empty house. And after some shuffling, you see your boyfriend emerge from his hiding spot, smirking at you.

“It was funny, no?” he asks, wrapping you in his arms as soon as he saw your lip quiver. You weren’t terribly upset at your boyfriend for thinking that you were in danger- but it was scary and all you wanted was to be in his arms.

He kisses your forehead, chuckling at how cute you were being. While this prank was quite amusing to pull off, Suna knew that he wouldn’t be doing something like this again.

By the time the twins got back, they were wondering why the heck Suna was still cradling you (who at this point was pouting) and apologizing.

“...I didn’t realize Y/n cared so much about the wires” Atsumu mutters.

Neither of you explain what’s going on- the twins don’t need to know.

KUROO

Tonight, you and Kuroo were having a movie marathon, which each person taking turns picking the movie. And of course Kuroo chose a horror one.

You didn’t particularly enjoy scary movies- but you did enjoy cuddling with your boyfriend and being surrounded by a mountain of pillows and blankets. Plus, you had your boyfriend there to protect you, so what could go wrong?

Once the movie ended, Kuroo stood up, announcing that he was going to head to the store for more snacks and drinks before watching the second movie. Little did you know that the pantry was already well stocked. He told you that while he was gone, you should search through the movies and find one to watch.

Your wonderful boyfriend pretended to leave, taking full advantage of the fact that the front door was out of view from the living room. Not only that, but there were a set of light switches, one of which controlled the living room lights. Quickly, Kuroo flickered the light, making sure to not make any noise from the switch to draw your attention towards him.

He heard pillows and blankets moving around, and when he took the smallest peek towards you, he saw that you were sitting fully up now.

You stayed silent, as if you were waiting for something to happen. When nothing did happen, you shook your head and lounged on the sofa once more. That’s when Kuroo struck again. You sat up once more, burying your face into your hands as you started to realize the situation you were in.

Kuroo watched as you started to shuffle through the pillows and blankets around you. He couldn’t tell what you were looking for though- up until he heard you muttering to yourself.

“Where the heck is my phone...” you continued to search around, but Kuroo knew you wouldn’t find it there. You left it charging in the bedroom, and you were too scared to go grab it-something that Kuroo definitely took advantage of.

He decided to mess with the lights just a bit more. He saw you pause and contemplate what to do. Obviously you weren’t just going to check out what was happening- if the horror movie you were watching had taught you anything, it was that checking things out often lead to a terrible demise.

So instead, you decided to pull a blanket over you and curl up into a ball- wishing your boyfriend was back home already.

At this point, Kuroo decided to reveal himself by teasing you.

“I- you think our house is haunted so you decide to curl up in a ball?” he cackled, turning on all the lights and walking over to the couch.

When you heard his voice, you immediately sat up and threw the nearest pillow at your boyfriend.

“SO YOU DIDN’T GO TO THE STORE?” you screeched, watching your boyfriend continue to laugh at you.

“No I didn’t, but you still didn’t answer my question. How would balling up save you?”

You cross your arms at him, “Look, I’m not saying what I did was the most reasonable. But you know what? It’s better than investigating and potentially getting killed, am I right?”

Kuroo cackles even more, taking a seat and scooping you up into his arms.

“Honestly, I would have been disappointed if you did that- so I’m proud of you for that” he says, pressing play on the second movie. But you quickly grab the remote, pausing it again.

“No, are we not gonna talk about how you tried to scare me shitless Tetsu?” you ask, pouting at him.

“I didn’t try to scare you, I definitely did babe” he grins at you. But when the pout on your face doesn’t go away, Kuroo begins showering you with kisses, apologizing in between each one until you’ve forgiven him.

Was it worth being scared for all of this affection?? That’s debatable.

OSAMU

When Osamu suggested that the two of you watch a movie, you didn’t expect him to put on a scary movie. But nonetheless, you enjoyed spending time with your boyfriend, so you put on a brave face to watch it with him.

Now he was very quick to notice the way you were clinging on to his arm, how everytime a little jumpscare popped up you shut your eyes close. It was all adorable to see you so frightened... So adorable that he just wanted to mess with you a bit.

Osamu pauses the movie, and when you look at him confused, he stands up, turning on the lights in the process.

“I’m gonna head to the store real quick and buy more snacks. We can finish the movie when we get back. Text me if you want something, alright?” he says, giving you a quick kiss before seemingly heading out the door.

Fortunately for you, with the way the couch was positioned, you didn’t see that he actually didn’t leave- he just faked it. Osamu stealthily crawled to the hallway where he would continue to be out of sight from you. You turned your attention to your phone, scrolling endlessly on social media and watching funny videos your friends sent.

And fortunately for Osamu, he was able to control some of house lights from an app on his phone. He first played it safe by flickering a nearby lamp on and off. That caught your attention, and when you looked up and saw nothing happen, you dismissed it as your eyes playing a trick on you.

So he took it up a notch by quickly turning the lights on and off. He could only see the back of your head, but he noticed you looking towards the light switch- seeing how no one was messing with them.

He did his best not to laugh as he pulled off his final trick. He was able to unpause the movie. Osamu watches as your head whips towards the screen. You scramble for the remote, pausing it. Oh how he wishes to be able to see the look on your face,

But Osamu couldn’t mess with you any further since you started to call him, so he snuck away into the bedroom, where he knew you couldn’t hear him.

“Hey what’s up, need something?” he asked. But the moment he heard the sound of your voice, it was all over for him.

“’S-Samu, can you please come back now. Please.” you voice was hushed and shaking.

Without a thought, Osamu darted back to the living room to see you. And while the idea of your boyfriend rushing in to console you is a nice thing to think about... keep in mind that you still thought you were home alone.

So when you heard footsteps charging at you, your first instinct was to squeal and ball up.

“Wait no babe it’s me!! I was just messing with ya!!” Osamu said. You felt him take a seat next to you, and when you dared to look up, a wave of relief washed over when you saw the face you loved the most.

You quickly sat up to embrace him in a hug, holding him close. But as you slowly began to realize that it was Osamu behind everything you push him away and look at him, pouting.

“I- what’s wrong?” Osamu asks, panicked when he saw your expression.

You turn your back towards him dramatically, “Sorry, no cuddles for you. Consider this a consequence to your action!”

Osamu stares at you in disbelief, but as he watches you pick up the remote and resume the movie, he realizes you’re serious.

“Wait no babe please-” but you ignore him.

He spends the rest of the movie whining, apologizing, and begging for cuddles.

That’ll show him.
