Just celebrated my best friend's 30th at her local bowling alley. It was fun! I didn't bowl, I felt too dizzy just sitting let alone trying to chuck a ball down a lane.

But everyone was enjoying existing and bowling terribly 😆 it was fun being a spectator.

She's one of the only people I know who can get a group of introverts together for a social activity. 💜

It was nice to see her. To get out of the house. Kid-free. I ate two different jello shots with a spoon and they made granny jokes for the duration.

They were both terrible consumed in that way. Powered through then got heartburn. 😆

And now I'm home. Time to crash for a nap.
