And it got me thinking…

How does someone decide that? What goes into consideration when making a TOP _ list?

Is it the popularity of the artist? Or is it the popularity of the anime? Could it be both? Definitely. Could it be swayed by a biased nostalgia? Obviously.

To claim an Anime opening is the best of all time, it must include more than that though, right?
