I have stained teeth and they used to be really crooked I got braces for two things: they caused me difficulty w cleaning my teeth & pain and 2: I refused to smile bc I was incredibly insecure I regret doing it for the second reason. Not the first though this will help me But we need to normalize people who don't want / can't get things like braces or whitening strips or whatever tf and that bad teeth doesn't inherently equal bad hygiene or health And even if it DOES we need to stfu about peoples appearances based on poor mental health etc etc honestly like come on y'all ♡ reblog ♡
