They hang around together, drinking energon and talking to each others for eternity (unless they gets resurrected). This was revealed in the book Transformers Legends, an anthology of short stories published in 2004 by ibooks, who also published the Transformers Trilogy novels, who are set in the Dreamwave continuity and are set between the first two miniseries.

That’s a really nice thought! But wait… TFA Optimus died but he was only dead for about, what, ten seconds? Does that mean TFA Optimus turned up at the Old Maccadam Oil House, just ordered his drink and then he got resurrected. That drink he ordered is still waiting on him at Maccadam’s.

Probably all the other versions of optimus prime are waiting for TFA Optimus to come back soon, but after a while they start wondering why he didn't die again and they are so amazed that they decide to rename that drink in his honor and they all wait for him to come back impatiently.

When TFA Optimus finally dies, hundreds of thousands of years later he is met by a chorus of cheers. Congratulations! You are the Optimus that has gone the longest time without dying! Huzzah!
