Chan is cooking dinner, he’s the one you find in your kitchen with your cooking apron on and looking utterly adorable as he tries to navigate his way through your kitchen cupboards, not completely used to your set out since your relationship’s still blossoming and he’s only been around a little more than a handful of times. His hands freeze completely when he hears your soft peals of laughter but he quickly relaxes when you peek over his shoulder to look at the recipe he has up his phone, taking a moment to press a kiss to his cheek before you go and find everything he needs with ease, swiftly slipping on a spare apron while he stands in the middle of your kitchen, watching you with wide eyes as you find everything quickly whilst he had a struggle for quite some time. He snaps out of it quickly when you turn the radio on and teasingly call him ‘Chef Channie’ while you ask him what to do next, he only grins and reads out the first step of the recipe, laughing when you salute him and get to work. His voice is soft and melodic as he sings to whatever song’s on the radio and you can hear how relaxed he is as his voice flows freely and you can see the stress of being a leader melt off his shoulders as he tugs you to dance with him in the middle of the kitchen. It’s in that moment that he turns into the biggest goofball - the silly goofball that you’ve come to adore - as he twirls you and sways around with you while you can only laugh and follow his lead, he seemingly forgets about the food as he completely focuses on your smiling face. “Channie, shouldn’t you check on the food?” you manage to get out between your laughter as he dips you dramatically, his arms securely around you as he holds you in that position, his dimpled grin bright and wide as he listens to your laughter, his mind completely concentrating on you. “…Huh? Oh, right! The food!” Your words take a moment to register for him and he quickly remembers the task at hand, gently setting you back on your feet and placing a kiss on your temple before he goes over to check on the food. You often overhear the boys teasing their leader on how his ability to focus completely shatters when you’re around, how his eyes glance in your direction every so often if you’re in the same room and he’s doing something else - even if you’re doing nothing, you still manage to draw Chan’s attention to yourself and your presence relaxes him, which doesn’t go unnoticed by the others. Though your relationship is still quite fresh and new, you’ve already become a touchstone of sorts to him and as you watch him bring over a spoon to get you to taste, you can’t help but realize that he’s become a touchstone to you too.

Woojin is listening to music wherever and whenever, he’s the one who asks what you’re listening to and, if it was okay, if he could listen too or, if he’s the one with his headphones in, he’s the one you see bobbing his head along to the rhythm of whatever song he was listening to and, if not too many people were around, you would also see him slightly mouthing the words if he knew them. More often than not these moments would happen when you’re both on a bus or on the subway, heading some place together and you were in a comfortable silence, your head leaning on his shoulder as he scrolls for a playlist on his phone. His hand is the one that offers you an earphone within the first few moments of sitting down, a silent offer which you always accept before you lace your fingers in between his and, not before long, you feel his fingers gently tap out the beat of the song that you’re both listening to, a habit of his that brings a smile to your face every time he does it. If you’re in the privacy of your own home sharing your music with each other, you best believe you’ll be hearing his heavenly vocals as he happily sings, grinning when you join in if it’s a song you know. It’s then when his hands reach for his guitar and you know it can only go one of two ways from then on. One: he tries and somehow succeeds - how you’re not really quite sure - in trying to get you to sing whilst he plays and sings with you. In this instance his voice is encouraging and soft when he sings with you, skillfully adding harmonies that make your voices sound beautiful together, grinning when your face morphs into one of surprise at the sound. Or two: he lovingly serenades you with one of the songs he’s been practicing with his vocal teacher and turns you into goo with the sound of his voice. This time his voice is breathtakingly hypnotizing as he sings to you and you can feel every emotion he puts in every word, seemingly effortlessly but you know much he work he puts in to get to where he is. You always tell him - no matter how many times he blushes pink and insists that it’s not true - that every time he sings he steals your breath and this time is no different. For a moment you fear that your legs’ll give out from beneath you due to the combination of the intense emotions embedded in his voice and loving gaze he has as he looks into your eyes so you quickly sit down, bringing a smile to his lips and prompting him to ask as you look up at him positively lovestruck “You okay there, (Y/N)?”. Of which you can only reply, in somewhat of a daze, “Yeah…you’re just…nothing short of amazing, you know?” and the pure admiration you have in your voice makes his cheeks flush and heart swell as he murmurs a soft thank you.
