Okay, so. Microsoft Office just took my yearly bill subscription and I decided that since I don't use it anymore I was going to resiliate the suscription.

I, of course go where I need to and learn that Microsoft Office is now Microsoft 365. Has been so for a few years apparently. So I thought "well whatever, I can still resiliate".

WRONG!!!

Since my contract was for Microsoft Office and not with Microsoft 365, I cannot even see the contract to stop it.

But they still took my money!

I have been paying for a contract that doesn't exist anymore for a couple years without them telling me.

Please verify your Microsoft payments, because now I have to contact Microsoft by phone since their email service is limited as fuck.

I also want to point out that for an individual Microsoft 365 is less pricey than Microsoft Office.
