The only light in your room emanates from the soft glow of your laptop screen; you were too immersed in your studies to turn on any other lights even after night fell. You take a sip of your neglected tea before turning away from the window and starting a document on your laptop to begin writing a new report. The soft, red glow of your nightstand clock reads "2:00 am".
