Question,how much time would I be sentenced to in writing jail, for putting kissing scene(s) mostly near the end of my story?😅

OK PSA if i i ever post this WIP on here or Ever publish it just note you'll know when you see it. THEY ARE ROOMMATES AND SHARE A DORM OK, NO TENSION WHAT SO EVER, IF YOU THINK ANYTHING ELSE I"M NOT RESPONSIBLE ,THAT"S ALL ON YOU. They are both straight (i think) but as i said JUST ROOMMATES.
