the thing about a lot of muse basslines also is that they're not really hard, they just need a SHIT ton of stamina

muse basslines are something else the exceptions for me are glorious and butterflies and hurricanes but bass is like my 3rd/4th instrument so i think thats fine but fr most arent super hard but theyre fast or jumpy or have wide stretches that you have to keep doing for the whole or most of the song muse band chris wolstenholme

Fully agree, but that may have to wait until tomorrow when I can use the piano again bc I do not trust the chords on this website for cave.

I have just finished my Unnatural Selection analysis though, so I'm gonna type that up soon.

It's 'harmonic analysis of muse songs' Time! If anyone has any recs/requests, feel free to let me know.

I'm doing unnatural selection first bc I've just been learning the bass part, and it's both chromatic and jumpy, which is interesting to me.
