Stop treating Simply Plural as a system social media app, it's not

And worst if you put a lot and detail information about you, your system and alters, that can be very dangerous for your integrity

Is ok wanting to have more friends and see other's people systems and alters, but you really have to be careful to who you give your simply plural, people online can be shitty some times and you don't know what will they do with your information

So please, don't use Simply Plural as a social media app, and also don't ask for a chat between systems function, that could be very dangerous for systems

If you're gonna pass your Simply Plural make sure you know the person you're giving it

Sometimes I want to make system like a blog in our native language, but then I remember the only CDD systems who talk the same language than us are our friends so I end up doing nothing lol

Yeah I get that, at first I didn't know anything about CDD other that some random encounters in internet with OSDDID community content and I didn't understand anything of that, when we finally get my medical recognition I immediately entered in a denial spiral, it was one of the toughest denial episodes I've ever had and it took me like another two years and more personal investigation on the CDD to finally start to accept that what I was experiencing was DID because I was scared and the amnesiac barriers play dirty to you

Amnesiac barrier are very wild and strange, and when you combine them with possessive and non-possessive switches it gets worst, it's a very complicated thing that gets very frustrating when you try to understand it, it works in its own patterns but it differs from sys to sys and that makes it difficult to handle and understand your own case, more with denial and blurry in the same table

Dissociation and amnesia works together in this disorder, and it's wild and interesting trying to understand and find a meaning for the patterns and ways to work form your brain an system

I hope things are getting better for you, and I totally related with what you say

Something that I haven't seen a lot to be talked about in the CDD community is how strange amnesiac barriers can act sometimes

One moment you're talking with the others at front and you're aware of the system, and in the other you feel completely alone and stop knowing about the system and alters like 1-3 months and suddenly they pop up again and make appearance just like nothing happened

When this happens is when I usually get into the denial episodes and start thinking I'm faking, but then they return and I'm more confused than ever

Or when you're normal and suddenly you become hyper aware of your system and start hearing alters that you never heard but aren't new, just the barriers didn't let you know them before

This are just some of the most common experiences we have with the amnesiac barriers and I think it should be talked a little bit more, after all is a primordial part of the complex dissociative disorders

Let's talk about: Fakeclaiming and Internet

Even though we can agree that fakeclaiming is a big problem and a very prominent thing, more in the DID/OSDD community, we also have some mixed opinions about the topic, so hear me out

When you accepted being a system it's obvious that would be a really hard process, you still have to deal with the self doubt and denial and it's understandable that you don't want to be any close to things that can tell you that you're faking and aren't valid, understandable

We also had that moment in our internet life that we would get aggressive or defensive with people who fakeclaimed us or fakeclaimed other people/systems that we care about, we were so anti fakecalimers that we started to giving them our whole attention

Some things had to happen to us so we get out that fakeclaimers/anti-fakeclaimers places in the internet and, after a time away from that we just understood

Why give a shit?

Half if not all fakeclaimers are just trolls or attention seekers, they don't know what they're talking about and think they're better because of some moralist and superiority shit they have going on, giving them the attention and fight they want doesn't lead systems to stop being fakeclaimed, actually it encourages fakeclaimers to target more systems cause they're being an easy target and fun to mock

Ignoring them is the best way of making them stop

"But they fakeclaimed us/me"

So? Are you really gonna give a stranger on the internet the pleasure of being sad/mad or anything bad about it?

People on the internet rely on the anonymously of it thinking they won't have consequences, so obviously they'll use it to mock people, but it's your responsibility to let them play with you and give them entertainment or be mature and just block/ignore them, cause that's the best way to be sure they'll stop

Saying fakeclaiming is bad and you shouldn't do it won't stop fakeclaimers from do it, they're in all the internet and will target the ones who give them fun

We have another opinion related to the same topic, but we're probably save it for another post

I'm gonna take me and my verse as an example, I'm a brainmade formed long time ago, at some point a "new me" was formed thanks to a problem, altough this "new me" share name with me and some likes and things like that he was his own brainmade alter that just had similarity in name and personality wise

This is also an interesting topic that I'm willing to explain more regarding labels, we personally don't like autojects as a label (introject of someone who already is in the sys) and so we call them brainmades

I'm curious, do you have a "verse" in your system?

Explanation: A verse is when you have multiple alters from the same source and/or are classified as similar or the same; it's not always about introjects cause we have brainmades who are a verse

We have like 10 verses lol
