I ran out of my bedside emergency snacks and now I'm lying in bed dizzy and starving also my fan broke so now I'm overheating - is this it is this how I end

Yep I was out for about 4 hours... 🫠

Crawled out of bed, downstairs, had a couple bites of a muffin and a small disposable cup of orange juice and onto the couch I crash..
