October LU Write-a-Thon Round Up: 325,329 Words in One Day!

Welcome back to another Write-a-thon roundup! This October 1, @not-freyja and I (@hotcheetohatredwastaken) got together with 70 other writers to once again write as many productive words as possible within 24 hours! And we’re here, once again, to celebrate all of you that participated below! Thank you for coming!

Superlatives were anonymously assigned by other participants, and clubs were self-assigned. Coming up is the Winner’s Circle, Clubs, and everyone else in alphabetical order)

Winner’s Circle (Top 5 Most Wordiest)

At 28,943 words, “Writer of all Time” goes to @glowingmin. Congratulations on reaching your 25k-30k goal!

At 27,002 words, “Budding Shit-Talker” goes to @bluury2, good luck beating glowingmin next time! You did amazing still.

At 20,441 words, “Ravio Cult Partner in Crime” goes to @twink-between-worlds, I wonder who might have helped start that club this time…

At 20,013 words, “The Lurker” goes to @somer-writes, you did great! And are suspected of killing some characters while we weren’t looking…

At 17,547 words, “Tech Curse Breaker” goes to @labyrinthdancer, who finally got through a write-a-thon without technical difficulties! Also was the only member of our Sprint Enthusiast Club!

Clubs

This month, the clubs were self-assigned using Mina’s lovely sheet (or occasionally by other participants)! Check them out below!

No one knows what this means. Pretty sure that includes the club members themselves.

“Tactician Cheerleader” goes to @hytiaa for cheering on while people were punching poor Spirit.

“Silent Caffeine Enthusiast” goes to @passerinesoncaffeine!

“Cursed Knowledge Bringer” goes to @starlight-eclipsed, I think several people were happier not knowing what Darias were!

🔪The Adjunation Club🕰️

A club based around appreciation of not-Freyja’s Adjuration

“Ruler of Spirit Whump” goes to @a-manicured-lawn for hurting him and enabling the hurting so much!

“Chavio Enthusiast” goes to @anime-obsessed!

“Sims Pyromaniac” goes to @awildsilver for going off to see how long Hyrule’s Sim would take to set something on fire while making cake!

“Everybody’s ex Husband” goes to @cinis0 for getting divorced twice in the span of 4 hours, somehow!

“Pokémon Trainer” goes to @four-eyed-nerd, who apparently knows what they did XD

“Divorce Declarer” goes to @lennsart, thank you for your contribution to the several divorce arcs, I guess!

“Serial Killer” goes to @life-in-winter, writers were dropping dead from your nice comments!

“Highly Likely to Get a Divorce” and “Celebrity Fallen From Grace” both go to @lunaopus, who got divorced for the 5th time in chaos chat after their popularity (read: getting starred every other message) last month!

“Stressed-out meemaw” goes to @not-freyja for dealing with the chaos! (Freyja here: *legend emoji, head in hands*)

“Honorary Mom Friend” goes to @toyouhellohowareyou who wanted to be one but has no kid!

Ravio club going strong for multiple months in a row! They love that purple bunny man

The organizer of this club, @baileyboo2016, earned “Ravio Slapchop Enthusiast”, so much so that they made it their profile picture!

“Spooky Orchestra” goes to @maddrumsticks2, for their conversations about music and spookiness this month!

“Superlative Lord” and “The Memer” go to @whatvioletdoes-blog, who might not have beat the record, but still got a few memes in!

They were busy. But they still stopped by to write.

Nothing more to explain here, just look at the name.

The organizer of this club, @musical-chan earned “Bringer of Fierce Deity Ass”, for the images they shared of a FD figurine in the chats!

“July’s Mandela Effect” goes to @astryanonymity who I think last month’s time-travelers gave some doubts on just when the event started XD

“Wrath of God is Just a Bug” goes to @imperialkatwala for some funny WIP names when lined up together!

The Soap Club got festive this month for Halloween!
