The Erongo Wilderness Lodge is situated only 12 km west of Omaruru in the spectecular Erongo Mountains. The lodge offers ten luxurious tented chalets, built on stilts among the towering granite boulders of the Erongo.

The restaurant is set on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Die Erongo Wilderness Lodge liegt nur 12 km westlich von Omaruru inmitten der spektakulären Erongo Berge. Die Lodge bietet Unterkunft in 10 luxuriösen, auf Stelzen und direkt in die Granitfelsen erbauten Zeltchalets.

Das Restaurant liegt auf einem Hügel und bietet wunderschöne Ausblicke auf die umliegende Landschaft.

Nambwa Lodge is constructed in the 300.000 hectar Mayuni Conservancy close to a floodplain of the Kwando river and is home to more than 35 large and small game species. Furthermore the area around Nambwa is well known by ornithologists for over 300 bird species. Large herds of elephants and buffalos and families of hippos are regular visitors to the area. The rare roan and sable antelopes can be spotted as well as lions, wild dogs and leopards.

Sie liegt an einer der großen Überflutungsflächen des Kwandoflusses und wird von mehr als 35 großen und kleine Säugetierarten besucht. Weiterhin ist das Gebiet um Nambwa bei Ornithologen als Vogelparadies bekannt (mehr als 300 Vogelarten). Große Herden von Elefanten und Büffeln und Hippofamilien sind hier regelmäßig zu sehen. Auch die seltenen Pferde- und Rappenantilopen können mit etwas Glück gesehen werden, genau wie Wildhunde, Löwen und Leoparden.

Dramatically set in the foothills of the Grootberg massif, Etendeka Mountain Camp appeals to the traveller who is prepared to step outside of their comfort zone and experience this remote wilderness with its harsh beauty in an authentic way. Here one is reminded that we are all guests of Mother Nature. Pathways lead to ten private shaded en-suite Meru tents with their stunning eco-friendly open-air “bucket” showers. It is simple comfort in a rugged and harsh landscape. The Etendeka basalt lava flows and flat top mountains are nothing short of spectacular and although seemingly inhospitable are full of hidden life.

Die Etendeka-Basalt-Lavaströme und die flachen Berge sind geradezu spektakulär und, obwohl sie scheinbar unwirtlich sind, voller verborgener Leben.

Namushasha River Lodge celebrates the wonders of the Zambezi water world. Situated 24km south of Kongola on the C49 (D3501), Namushasha is the perfect stopover en route to Victoria Falls.

With elephants, hippos, myriad bird species, waterlilies and African bush, a visit to Namushasha provides an enriching adventure into Nature - to the accompaniment of the chiming of reed frogs, bird calls, hippo grunts and the soothing sound of a boat skimming through water.

Namushasha River Lodge offers guests a superlative choice of exciting activities: Stroll to the traditional heritage centre; early morning or late afternoon river cruises to explore the channels and discover the diverse bird life; or take a trip to the Bwabwata National Park, first by boat along the waterways to later transfer to a game vehicle for an excursion into African bush. Mit Elefanten, Flusspferden, unzähligen Vogelarten, Seerosen und afrikanischem Busch bietet ein Besuch in Namushasha ein bereicherndes Naturabenteuer  - begleitet von Schilffröschen, Vogelstimmen, Flusspferdgrunzen und dem beruhigenden Geräusch eines Bootes, das durch Wasser gleitet .

Die Namushasha River Lodge bietet ihren Gästen eine Auswahl an aufregenden Aktivitäten: Bummeln zum traditionellen Kulturerbe-Zentrum. Flusskreuzfahrten am frühen Morgen oder am späten Nachmittag, um die Kanäle zu erkunden und die vielfältige Vogelwelt zu entdecken. Oder einen Ausflug in den Bwabwata-Nationalpark, zuerst mit dem Boot entlang der Wasserstraßen, um später in ein Pirschfahrzeug umzusteigen und einen Ausflug in den afrikanischen Busch zu unternehmen. Am Ende des Tages gibt es nichts, was mit einem roten Sambesi-Sonnenuntergang vergleichbar wäre.

Volker and Susanne Ledermann had a dream: to preserve a piece of original Africa. In 1993 they fulfilled this on the back then agricultural farm Etusis. The Etusis Nature and Game Reserve was gradually expanded to its 21,000 hectares today. Other than most wildlife reserves in Namibia, we consciously avoid fences, which suppress the natural migrations of the wild: zebras, antelopes, leopards and many other animals have complete freedom to roam on Etusis. The Etusis Lodge was built a little later in the heart of the reserve – with a gentle ecologically sustainable tourism concept, in which mankind understands herself as a guest. This has created jobs for the local community and, last but not least, we are trying to give each of our guests an impression of the uniqueness of Namibian nature.

Volker und Susanne Ledermann hatten einen Traum: ein Stück ursprüngliches Afrika zu bewahren. 1993 erfüllten sie dies auf dem damaligen Farm Etusis. Das Natur- und Wildreservat Etusis wurde schrittweise auf 21.000 Hektar erweitert. Anders als die meisten Wildreservate in Namibia werden Zäune bewusst vermieden, die die natürlichen Wildwanderungen unterbrechen: Zebras, Antilopen, Leoparden und viele andere Tiere haben die völlige Freiheit, sich auf Etusis zu bewegen. Die Etusis Lodge wurde wenig später im Herzen des Reservats gebaut - mit einem sanften, ökologisch nachhaltigen Tourismuskonzept, in dem sich die Menschheit als Gast versteht. Dies hat Arbeitsplätze für die lokale Gemeinschaft geschaffen und nicht zuletzt wird versucht, jedem Gast einen Eindruck von der Einzigartigkeit der namibischen Natur zu vermitteln.

Nambwa Lagoon Camp is situated in the Bwabwata National Park and offers 5 meru style tents to accommodate guests.

Every tent is equipped with an En-suite bathroom, private viewing deck and electricity.

Nambwa Lagoon Camp guests are hosted at Nambwa Tented Lodge for all their meals. Lodge facilities include an elevated viewing deck, dining area with a fire pit to watch game on the floodplains below.

Activities include game drives, nature walks and boat cruises.

Das Nambwa Lagoon Camp befindet sich im Bwabwata Nationalpark und verfügt über 5 Zelte im Meru-Stil. Jedes der Zelte hat ein eigenes Bad en-suite. Außerdem gibt es Elektrizität und eine private Aussichtsplattform.

Die Anlagen der Lodge beinhalten eine erhöhte Aussichtsplattform und ein Restaurant mit einer Feuerstelle von wo aus man die Wildtiere, die sich in den Flußauen tummeln, beobachten kann.

Angebotene Aktivitäten beinhalten unter anderem Pirschfahrten, Naturwanderungen und Bootstouren.
