Well in the Bible Cain killed Abel because he was jealous of God favoring Abel's offering (even though his own offering was shit)

What if Caine did smth to Abel because he (C) was malfunctioning somehow? Possibly wasn't carrying out his function properly - maybe that's why he seems so mentally silly in present time? Or maybe he didn't like how Abel handled the digital world and decided it would be most beneficial to get rid of him?

As for God, He might be a parallel to the creator(s) of the digital world? Like the ones who created Caine and Abel? Maybe Caine did what he did to "ensure maximum satisfaction" from his creator(s), or even to save himself from getting deletes by becoming the only AI capable of managing the digital world?

A very loose theory that I have is that Caine has a partner, probably called Abel since I’m using the Bible story as a sort of reference and also the logo in the office has this

Alsoooo I know the spelling for Caine is off if it were directly referencing the story since it’s Cain without an e but I’m just picking at straws here since all we have is the pilot and the website(s)(I haven’t looked into it and I have no clue how many there is)
