Izumi squeaked at the feeling of 𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒉 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒌, and she instinctively places her hands on Keitaro’s chest, the pads of her fingers delicately tracing the 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒔 embedded into his skin.

“K-Keitaro…”

For once in her life, the Uchiha was speechless. There was hardly ever a time where she couldn’t speak her truth or have her feelings known. But this 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓, 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓, was stirring up feelings and thoughts that Izumi was unfamiliar with.

Without a second thought, she hooked her arms around the samurai’s neck and pressed her lips against his, her eyes fluttering to a close.

Izumi tilted her head in slight confusion, unaware of how erotic her words had sounded.

“T-tease? Me?”

Her breath caught in her throat as she felt his lips linger near her ear and plant a kiss to the sensitive skin of her neck. A shiver ran down her spine at his electric touch, forcing her body against his. Skin to skin.

The unfamiliar sensation of his finger inside of her caught her off-guard, a soft gasp escaping her lips as Keitaro shifted back to his previous actions on her neck.

She placed her hand on top of his much larger and warmer one and stared into his 𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒚, 𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓-𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒓𝒃𝒔, her own onyx ones sparkling with happy tears.

“You’re right, Keitaro. I want to live my life and do the things that I want to do. I want to serve the Hidden Leaf for as long as I can, fall in love, get married and eventually become a Mother. That is my wish.”

With her free hand, she ran her fingertips tenderly down her bath-mates chest and stomach, coming to a halt just above his groin.

The short walk from the Yamanaka Flower Shop to Konoha’s hospital seemed to drag for 𝐼𝓏𝓊𝓂𝒾 𝒰𝒸𝒽𝒾𝒽𝒶, who was currently sandwiched between 𝐼𝓉𝒶𝒸𝒽𝒾 𝒰𝒸𝒽𝒾𝒽𝒶, her childhood crush, and 𝒯𝑒𝓃𝓂𝒶 𝐼𝓏𝓊𝓂𝑜, his teammate. The tension in the air was so thick that Izumi thought she could slice it with a kunai. She had little knowledge of what exactly transpired on their last mission, but what she did know was that someone close to her was nearly killed.

Arriving at the hospital with a bouquet of daisies in hand, the young female Uchiha and her companions were escorted to the room of 𝑅𝓎𝓊𝓊 𝒩𝒶𝓇𝒶, the third genin of Team 2 and Izumi’s 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱.

With a sombre expression, Izumi seated herself on the edge of the hospital bed and presented Ryuu the arrangement of white and yellow flowers.

“How are you feeling today, Ryuu? Ita, Tenma and I picked you up some flowers to help cheer you up! We really hope you like them!”

Out of the corner of her eye, Izumi noticed the two young shinobi males standing awkwardly, unaware of what to do in this type of situation.

“I wasn’t going to say anything, but you two are making ME uneasy just by looking at you…”

Itachi and Tenma stood to attention as they were 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒕, their ears turning a light shade of crimson.

“… Please tell me what happened.”
