" Of Course You Can. Mashed Potatoes Will Go Really Well With The Steak. " They Tell Her With A Growing

" of course you can. mashed potatoes will go really well with the steak. " they tell her with a growing smile, giving her hand a gentle squeeze in return. " i think some red potatoes would be very good for that. i would even be happy to peel them for you, if you like. " soryn places the package of steak into the shopping cart and together they move on through the aisles. when she gets the potatoes, they find some wine to enjoy and something from the bakery for dessert. " how about this tiny red velvet cake for dessert? it really sates my sweet tooth. " soryn admits with a soft laugh, smiling a little sheepishly.

IT WAS ODD; --- How Soryn, a full demon, made Jane feel somewhat human ... As though there was a part of her that could return to that form. [ It's too late, she's a rotten monster now. ] Yet, with them, she feels comfort & a blessing that was beyond her understanding for some time.; --- But now that she had come to them, seeking their comfort & warmth, so Soryn could make her feels a sense of humanity in her lava like soul. She does not pay much attention, of habit, simply taking in the moment of them by her side.
It was when she was given a squeeze that red eyes turned to face them. At the sight of the meat, she smiles & nods. ❝ I haven't had a home cooked meal in a while. Can I make some mashed potatoes too? ❞ Thought it seemed childish, she could not help but squeeze their hand tenderly. A soft promise to stay by their side.

the smell of the rain is so overwhelmingly calm and gives me so much serotonin it’s unimaginable
I’m a firm believer in kissing places that are usually left untouched during sex. Kissing your hips and ribs. Your spine and wrist. I want to indulge in every part of you.
thinking about aggie and the "to be loved is to be changed" trend bc the two together gives me so many feelings. like she isn't a worn stuffed animal in this instance but rather she's better than she used to be. of course she used to be incredibly self conscious of herself, her confidence and self esteem hardly existed at all, she watched her weight, she hated looking at herself in the mirror for too long, took great efforts to hide her body and cover her scars. but then she met maren and a change began. i wouldn't go so far as to say she was fixed, but rather healed. her outlook on life and herself began to change for the better. it took a lot of patience and persistence on maren's part, as well as agatha also finally realizing she needed to get help and put in the effort to get better and be healthy and happy. and she did, she put in that effort and she is better. much, much better than how she used to be. she actually loves herself now and when you compliment her, sure she's still a bit humble but she accepts the compliments. she can look at herself in the mirror, she can look at her body without feeling disgust. she stopped focusing on how much she ate or wether she ate at all, even allowing herself to gain weight. she doesn't hide her scars, she wears short sleeve shirts and she wears bathing suits. the world is brighter again, it's more colorful. of course she still has her bad days, but they're fewer and more far between than they used to be. it's all thanks to maren, her daughter aurora, her friends, and even herself because self love is also important!
(0///0) Aggie walking in on James or Ophelia (her choice lol)
" hey, j-james? it's, w-well, you know who it is. of c-course you do, i called t-to— to t-tell you i was coming by. i-i'm just dropping this— " agatha stops in her tracks as she sees him now, naked. completely bare. he has absolutely nothing on. " off... " she only just barely manages to finish that sentence, the book he allowed her to borrow falling from her hand and hitting the floor. in a situation like this, most would probably shield their eyes, turn away, do something to give the person their privacy, but she finds she just can't move. the faerie is frozen there, gawking at him, her cheeks and her ears growing red in embarrassment. james might have to move or say something to get her to finally look away.

" u-um..." yeah, that's a really intelligent-sounding word there, agatha.
