GemCYT Sub-zero asks are open!

I’ve opened up asks about GemCYT! Any general asks about the AU will always be answered by me, and any questions about the characters may sometimes be answered by the characters themselves. I might even add a little doodle as a response.

with asks being open, here’s my criteria for them:

Nothing explicit. No NSFW/18+ asks or any of that. No exceptions. No gore either.

This is an ask box, not a request box. I’ll only fulfill any sort of request if someone asks how something in the au works or logic behind a concept, and even then I’ll most likely not draw it out and explain in text.

Do NOT spam if your question doesn’t get answered or really spam at all. You’ll be blocked.

No harassment of any sort against any group. Racist, sexist, ableist or homophobic/genderphobic asks will get you blocked.

I probably won’t be able to answer all questions, and even if I do, it could take from a few days to up to a month.

I might add more to the list depending on what happens, but that’s really it. Otherwise, ask away.

Wait, if your headcanon is that all forms of Dark Matter are all the same guy, then what about Gooey and Void? Where do they fit into this?

Well, for VOID; pretty sure it's canon that both Dark Matter and Kirby come from them depending on what kind of energy is in the universe at a given time. Kirby is positivity given pure form while DM is the complete opposite of that. As for Gooey...

While Kirby is the perfect repellent of Dark Matter, it would be a horrible idea for either of them to try and absorb the other. For DM, that would be possessing and for Kirby, inhaling and copying.

Trying to combine positive and negative energy together would cause a paradox. it's like dividing by 0. You just shouldn't.

So instead of Kirby copying Dark Matter; Dark Matter, or better yet, what was left behind of the paradoxical event copied Kirby.

I’m just deciding if the origin should be dead wolf brought back to life like lion was or if it should be a fully corrupt gem (a calcite if you will) that just proofed around some wolf bones and said “screw it this is my bone suit now woof woof bark bark”

(if it were the latter, the corruption that would affect him would be a non-violent variant)
