I both love and hate this, now that time has passed I see things I want to fix and work on. Mostly the lighting and depth.

If you use tumblr on PC and have xkit it has an extension that shows you who your mutuals are on your dash. Puts a little binder looking icon beside their name.

Otherwise I think the only way to tell is by searching their name in your followers list.

I literally cannot figure out how to tell if someone follows me or not ; ;
