Hi!! This is my first neocities layout, i tried to make it really simple so beginners could use it! Credits aren't necessary but don't claim it as yours ok? :3

Some features include: two sidebar (one for links and one for graphics/status/webrings ecc...), a small update box, a big box, a free site button to use and a music player!

The layout isn't mobile friendly btw!

it's no problem at all nonnie~ here's how u do it on photoshop ( under the cut !! )

alrightyy ur first step is to open your gif !! it should automatically have ur frames in the timeline shown below

ur gonna select all the timeline frames -> hit the drop down -> convert to video timeline

then select all the layers -> right click -> convert to smart object ( you could also do select all layers -> filter -> convert for smart filters , they're the same )

add your stroke ! if you want more than one outline like in the example , convert your layer to smart object again and repeat the process

if the addition to add an extra page URL is not there in some way (sometimes has diffy names) just add this bad boy

in there and bada bing bada boom of course you can manually edit the html but i like to have it for if i wanna change the order of my links
