One of these scogan X-Men: The Last Stand fics where the only reason Scott survived his meeting with Jean at Alkali Lake is because Jean created a soulbond between him and Logan that allows them to share their mutations (and thoughts and emotions too probably because why stop only at one thing) and so Scott definitely would have died, but now he has the healing factor and it changes things and Logan feels off and he has these weird dreams, but he blames what happened to Jean for most of it, until one day he can't and he goes where these thoughts and sensations lead him, and he finds Scott who is alive and somehow Logan can hear him even if Scott's mouth is not moving at all and there is this moment when Logan gets angry and as if the claws weren't already bad enough, his eyes start to turn red as well and it's just one inconvenience after another because they don't know how to control this and neither of them wants their thoughts to be shared because they might be sort of falling in love but they have no idea it could be mutual, especially since they both seem so adamant about getting rid of the bond.
(Part of me also wants to entertain the idea that Scott no longer needs to wear his glasses/visor thanks to the healing factor. I know it probably doesn't work like that because if healing factor cannot fix up amnesia, then why should it be different with Scott's brain damage? But, it's how the idea evolved in my mind and so I thought it was worth mentioning. With how little I know about this fandom, though, the whole idea might be very much rubbish, but oh well.)

Y’know how Angel carries & sets down Charles on the table thingy during X-men: Apocalypse??? Obviously Charles would have protested to this so- cursed idea. While everything else in the plot was going on, En Su babafcs can’t & won’t spell this fucker’s name servants(????:/) were spending a good 30 to 45-ish minutes trying to wrangle/pick up a desperate & unwilling Charles as he wriggles & claws his way out of their grasps again & again & again, then trying (hopelessly but still trying) to crawl away, obvsly not getting far, whole process repeats.
And by that I mean, one of them very begrudgingly tries to pick up & carry Charles, Charles struggles using upper body strength none of them rlly accounted for lmao + hitting, scratching, yelling & even resorting to biting quite early on. Lots of (frankly feral) biting.
Apocalypse may have had to use his powers to force Charles to calm down bc holy shit does this lil’ psychic squirm ANGRILY wth
safe to say, Angel really did not want to be the one to carry them all the way into the pyramid :)).

stupid Marvel comics! A.U idea were (in a universe where Charles does have (cough working on dcries) relationships with his children & they’re all starting to get to know each other. Awkwardly but still lol) thru chaotic super-powerful! villain bullshit (or jst the universe deciding to take a piss), Charles is turned into a baby, so David, Xandra & Charles ll (w/ baby! Charles also there) have to band together & go on a wacky crack-treated-somewhat-seriously adventure across the universe to find the shithead villain who did this and force them to turn Charles back. ,,,,They do not think to inform the X-men on what has happened to Charles nor do they think to give them ANY sort of goodbye or heads up before they leave. Obviously the X-men are panicking like mad but the real problem is that the Brotherhood also have no idea what’s going on. So (w/ all the other problems seeping thru the cracks of the Xavier kids poorly thought out plan) Erik decides to take matters into his own hands & starts tracking them down, thinking they have something to do with Charles sudden disappearance. And. Well, yeah, he’s right but it’s not what everyone thinks it is & as you can image, the total lack of information results in a-lot more hassle + tomfuckery than the kids wanted.

I’ve been really into the X-Men recently, and it’s got me thinking about Xavier’s powers. I know he can read anyone’s mind, but I don’t know if he could read my mind. Not in like a ‘ I have a strong will I’m so special haha’ type of way, but more in like a ‘my brain is constantly moving so fast from random thought to random thought/daydream that he couldn’t pin point an exact thought in my head and would probably get a headache trying’ type of way. I have adhd btw
