i really like the idea of having jinx's hair in sky because it's ✨long and majestic✨
so here's my concept for her hair cosmetic, which could be found in "Season of Arcane", and how it looks with different heights!
i can't decide whether to post the colors + sketch or just the colors so here's both :)

no hair ever gets long enough to physically touch the ground, but i liked the way it looked when i first drew it so i left it. in game it would probably float above the ground and trail behind the player
maybe I will spread a little about my characters.
