then a layer of packing tape
then the design
then a final layer or tape

Also, sorry Anon I should have made this clear but anyone is more than welcome to use any wallpapers I make for their phones (any personal use just don't repost it and all that)! In terms of selling my art/making people pay for it, I don't plan to any time soon. I enjoy sharing my art and the wallpapers are just a fun little thing I make as a kind of gift for the community.
