Minghao: Friend of Y/n that helps them with their entire makeover and confidant. Usually is on the other end hearing your complaints and worries about this experience but it’s ok, he’s an artist. He has trust in his work.

Jun: Team member and one big ball of sunshine. Nice guy that’s just happy to be part of the team. Tries to keep the energy positive and a great distraction when conflict arises.

Jihoon: Team member that’s sympathetic towards Y/n for thinking they’re in the same situation. Gives unnecessary advice about being a short king and taking life by the balls. Things will get better lol.

Seungkwan: One of the new players on the team that accelerated to first string. Started the group chat of new players in the hope of making new friends.

Vernon: One of the new players on the team that plays second string. Needed a sports elective and accidentally joined the team but much more interested in the drama in the soccer team rather than the sport.

Chan: Youngest of the new addition of players and plays second string along with you. Wanted to expand his skill set and add some new moves under his belt as a dancer.

I spent the better part of this summer writing a story about those who are and have lost, a process I found oddly cathartic. I’m excited to share it soon and hope there is room in your heart to love it the way I do <3

Sitting here writing Dorran, Onyx, Vinca’s prequel SWM story and I didn’t even get much done and it’s like time flies. WTF…3hrs already passed? It felt like 5 minutes, literally. I think I’m done with a short prologue, and somewhat done with episode 1. It may seem like an ambitious solo project, but I want to make it in visual novel format. 

So, I made a spreadsheet with all the assets I need. It’s a lot since I’m re-drawing all the character sprites in ¾ view. Also, getting new music for Dorran, Onyx, Vinca, Gage, Izaiah ect;

I’m basically testing and listening to music tracks while I write. Unfortunately, I really have to build on Dorran and Onyx’s relationship before I can introduce Vinca in more.

But, I did pick up some writing methods from all the Lovestruck stories. Characters personality description through their actions in certain scenes. The first time I noticed it was the MC describing the WLL crew in a card game.

I’m sure it appears a lot elsewhere too, but the card game scene stood out the most. Whenever I get a writing block, I just reference Lovestruck scenes to see what methods they use to solve the writing in certain scenes. I guess scenes are like math problems, each one has a formula I can use to solve?

Probably just going to make this 6 episodes, I don’t want to be too ambitious with my first project. Er, I’m not goina’ tag this so I guess I can give followers a preview of a small section of EP1, this is also from Dorran’s PoV.

I’m in charge of making coffee for the entire troupe, I have their usuals memorized. Ripley likes extra, extra sugar and cream. Cal likes his coffee black. Izaiah and Wrath both drink decaf. Gage likes mixing in cocoa powder with his coffee, then adding cream.

(Yvette…well, she’d usually have it with less sugar and cream, bittersweet. She likes contrasting flavors a lot, especially sour candies. But, lately she’s been prowling around at night solo. She said it was a private matter and I’m not one to dig more.)

(And for myself, buckwheat tea. I don’t drink coffee.)

“Onyx, how do you take your coffee?”

Onyx glances over from the sofa where she’s sitting with Ripley.

“Extra sugar and cream, please!”

Ripley squeals in excitement after finding out Onyx shares the same taste for coffee.

Hope ya’ all enjoyed that tiny excerpt from my fanfic. After I finish finalizing episode 1, I’ll probably take a break from writing and draw the new sprites.

After waiting for a little over a year and a half, the final book of your favourite series was being released. You had predicted Louder Than Bombs to be your favourite book of the year, and you hoped you weren't about to be wrong. You had been monitoring how long until the book arrived, and it shouldn't take much longer.

Your friends loved the series too, but they certainly didn't talk about it as much as you did. You had a twitter account dedicated to the books you read, which was part of book twitter (booktwt), if you will. Hoseok and Yoongi had YouTube channels, Hoseok full of variety and Yoongi more focused on book news. Jimin also dedicated a twitter account and blog to reviews of books.

Chaeyoung thought you lot were a bunch of nerds. She was also a YouTuber, dealing more with variety and vlogs, and she dedicated a percentage of the channel to bully you and the rest of your friends. Truly, you wouldn't have it any other way.

You knew that this book was going to be heart wrenching. Taehyung's words always managed to tug the right strings of your heart, all the time. He always knew what to say and how to describe things in such a beautiful way. Still, Lounder Than Bombs came with so much more than a few tears.

Henri was shaking, one of her hands anxiously swirling a glass of wine that had yet to touch her lips, the other anxiously tapping away at her kneecap. Astarion covered her frantic tapping hand with both of his own, picking it up and cradling it much like he had the night he confessed he had feelings for her. “Sensed my dislike of this Gortash figure, did you?” Astarion softly teased, slowly rubbing her hand between his two, trying to summon warmth from his dead flesh to gift to her living that desperately needed it in the chilled evening air. “For all his talk about missing you he certainly didn’t look for you all that hard.” “I was down the hallway being sliced apart and put back together by that necromancer. Whatever it was that Gortash and I had...it wasn’t enough. I wasn’t...” Henri didn’t finish the sentence, her gaze intensely focused on the deep purple of her drink spiraling inside her glass as Astaron wrapped an arm around her, drawing her in closer, “With hair like that, Gortash did not strike me as a man who makes wise decisions.” That earned him a small snort of laughter from her. “Did you see his shoes?” “Good gods, those shoes. I suppose the circus he got them from is close by.”
