I donāt watch Gotham (I really want to) but their nygmobblepot seems like two outsiders are in charge of the classroom while having a public breakup and making everyone confused about whatās going on.

jim gordon from gotham 2014 is the only character Iāve ever wanted to study like a bug because heās genuinely such an unconventional main character. the writers were posed with the question āwhat kind of person would survive decades on a corrupt police force in the most dangerous city in the world?ā and were left with; the man has no social skills and will openly insult anyone in proximity. sarcastic and mean but still manages to b charming. deserves to be punches in the face at least once a day. tells the mayor to kiss his ass. will piss off every person in the police force, every major crime boss, and every person in govt and is Shocked whenever the consequences of his own actions come back to bite him. believes in following the rules and yet follows no rules except his own. has no regard for his own safety. when told heās on a suicide mission his response was, in an annoyed voice āso what?ā he almost died every single episode but he survives from a mix of stubbornness and sheer luck. āsex is great and all but have you ever solved a crimeā. goes on a date and brings case files. might be more unhinged than the rogues. a 13 year old billionaire who builds bombs w his butler in his spare time thinks heās neat. hurts him to smile. is sometimes in a silly goofy mood and will take his tie off. the answer is he shouldnāt have survived decades on a corrupt police force in a dangerous city (BUT my hc is psychic told him the exact day he was going to die so he knows he can survive everything else)
You ever get so bored you just start redrawing whole Gotham scenes as if they were in mlp... yeah, me neither,, heh heh
(I tried my hardest to make Jim Gordon horse look as much as a basic Lego man as I could in horse form, if that makes any kind of sense??? idk that's just how I see jimmy; boring)

some of the designs from my Gotham mlp au
(ed is grey in one sketch and coloured in the other is that i'd imagine he is a magicless unicorn that later gains it back (unicorns have magic inhibitors or some other funky lore? idk ill think about it later) but him gaining his magic back causes him to develop a more 'unicorn esq' body (taller, thinner, long tail ect). i thought this was a cool way to give a more visual transformation from "ed" to "the riddler", with him both mentally and visually going from bland and unassuming to camp and extravagant. plus him getting his cutiemark.
oh and penguin is flightless due to him getting some of his flight feathers docked instead of him being shot in the leg)
