“Parent...?” Mitsuki walked into his parent's room and sauntered over to Orochimaru's rocking chair.

“Ah, Mitsuki, is something the matter?” Orochimaru asked, closing the photo album in his hands and setting it aside. “Got that funny feeling again...?”

“No.” Mitsuki said flatly. “It's something else....”

“I've been feeling a very strong urge to collect soft things and put them in my a small space.” Mitsuki said.

“Aww, looks like you've started nesting...” Orochimaru said with a small smile.

“Nesting...?” Mitsuki tilted his head like a little puppy.

“Yes, omegas nest for comfort or when their heat is approaching...” Orochimaru said.

“Judging by your complaints, I assume it's the latter...” Orochimaru smiled wide. “You're growing up Mitsuki.”

“I don't know how to stop the urge...” Mitsuki said quietly.

“Come on... I have a something for you...” Orochimaru said, getting up from his rocking chair. “Follow me...”

Orochimaru went to his closet and pulled out a box. “I think it's time I taught you more about being an omega.”

“Good job.” Orochimaru smiled as he looked at Mitsuki's handy work.

“It's comfy...” Mitsuki muttered.

“Wait!” Mitsuki said, taking a blanket and a pillow from the nest.

Mitsuki took a blue blanket and pressed it against Orochimaru's neck, scrubbing it against his scent glands.

Orochimaru giggled, taking the pillow and thoroughly scented the pillow and the blanket.

“Thank you, Father...” Mitsuki said, returning the pillow and blanket to his nest.

“Father...?” Orochimaru smiled uncontrollably, giggled softly.

“Hey, I have something that will be pretty.” Orochimaru said, grabbing a thin box.

“Icy hot..?” Mitsuki muttered, looking at the box.

“Here.” Orochimaru took the blanket out of the box and handed it to Mitsuki.

Orochimaru plugged in the cord to the icy hot blanket and pressed the red button, Mitsuki pressed his face into the warm cloth.

“It feels nice...” Mitsuki said.

“and look, it's cooling too.” Orochimaru said, pressing the blue button on the blanket's cord.

The blanket began to cool in Mitsuki's hands, Mitsuki purred softly at the soothing coolness of the blanket.

“Do you like it?” Orochimaru said. Mitsuki nodded, hugging Orochimaru.

“I love it.” Mitsuki said with a genuine smile.
