I've seen some posts about the 13th sign Ophiuchus and I was wondering if it has a ruling planet or not

this is just my thought but i feel like it should be Uranus or Pluto

initially I thought it would be Uranus idk how to explain this but my thoughts were like

Ophiuchus (rejection) leading to Aquarius (rebellion) and then leading to it's exaltation in Scorpio (transformation)

and Pluto is like the outcast of planet society, people still wonder if it's a planet or not.

Similarly, many astrologers don't include Ophiuchus or reject it as the 13th sign and people question if it's actually part of the zodiac or not. Like Pluto, Ophiuchus is mysterious like what's its modality? what's its element?? does it have a opposite sign??

Biggest thing Astrologers need to do moving forward is to re-delineate and conceptualize your ideas WITHOUT the framework of Capitalism. Even if someone is operating within it and ticks off all the stereotypical boxes, I promise you that in their heart of hearts they don't dream of endless labor or are inherently power and exploitation driven.

Our material circumstances fool people into thinking they have to or 'should' play the role of materialistic, selfish people. And w/o there being anything to oppose that, people will just accept it as an indisputable fact of who they are. That's also Capitalist Realism 101. Read the first page or whole first chapter to understand what that means.

If you can't see Capricorn or Taurus without seeing them as inherently associated with money, you have a problem. Strip them both down and what do you find? W/o a Capitalist context, they each strive to build worlds of longevity. They value quality over quantity. They're enduring and persevering. When the rest of the world falls, the structures they've heartily built will still be left standing.

But each sign at their worst has to learn a lesson about either surrendering their pride over those things to something which genuinely can't be replaced or reforged like Love and letting themselves live in the moment /or/ learning that true resourcefulness comes with choosing adaptation over stagnation. Building or preserving something sturdy and long-lasting, but does it truly matter in the end when Time renders everything insignificant?
