Getting compliments on your body & weight loss feels SO fucking good. And when you realize they’re complimenting you bc they must’ve noticed you were bigger before, it’s just more of a reason to keep getting smaller & smaller.

Up at 5:30 am (work lol) , didn’t eattill 11am (530cal) did a 30minute walk and then ate again at 7:30pm (500cal) again. Wanna get lower in my day any tips would be appreciated, I just wanna be thin.

I’m back after dealing with some shit happy to say I kept my weight down while it was happening and getting into a 14/12 which is a big deal as when I started this journey a few months ago I was a size 18 so my New Year’s resolution is to get to a 10/8 but the UGW would be a 6 or even a 4. Any tips would be appreciated
