Hopper and Joyce forming a family is so fucking corny and beige and I don't want it to happen.
I'm actually hoping at least one of these people dies before the series is over.

I'm sick of hearing the complaint "I don't want it to turn into X-Men" in regards to more characters with telekinesis turning up on Stranger Things. Right from the pilot there were implications about Stranger Things being exactly like X-Men.
If the source of Dr. Brenner’s evil motives are daddy issues, I’m going to eat my goddamn hat.
I wish they'd slip at least one fuck in this season, probably said by Dustin because he's the swearmaster.
I really like that not a single f-bomb is dropped throughout the series. While there is swearing, they don’t go full edgelord with it and make it a point to spread it out. Honestly, if there was more swearing or even a single f-bomb, it would have left a sour taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t have fallen in love with the series like I did. I’m not big on television because most of it just seems shallow, vulgar, overly violent and glorifying evil. But I’m really glad I gave this series a chance. Anyone else feel the same way about the swearing thing? I know most people don’t tend to care, but it made a lasting impression on me. via /r/StrangerThings
FYI: Subverting Steve from being the asshole bully to being the friendly neighborhood babysitter isn't clever, it's fucking stupid fanservice.
do you ever feel like you love a character more than their own writers do
