Would Anyone Be Interested In Reading Some Of My Writing? I Mostly Write For The Many Fandoms I'm In.
Would anyone be interested in reading some of my writing? I mostly write for the many fandoms I'm in. My beta reader/editor hasn't been in the mood to read my stuff for about a month now and I'm suffering from writers block because she helps me with my ideas. So, if anyone wants to read any of my stuff or wants to help me with ideas or anything, I'd appreciate it. I can't promise quality work, but I can certainly try my best.

âSo youâre just gonna just leave me?!â Paul cried as his voice echoed through the thick woods. His eyes were bloodshot red mixed with anger and hurt staring at you looking for an answer.
You sniffled wiping your tears with your sleeve âPaul I told before this is my dream career, and we already discussed me leaving!â You raised your voice as well becoming frustrated at him not understanding why you had to leave.
âYou know itâs hard for me to be away from you, youâre my anchor. What am I suppose to do with your across the damn country!â He ran his down his face holding back threatening tears.
âPaul youâre being fucking selfish!â You screamed clenching your fists. You two had a long intense stare down for a few minutes and thatâs when you realized this was getting ridiculous and out of hand.
âPaulâ you softly called to him.
âI love you and I always will, but baby I need to focus on me too.â You gently placed your hand in his holding it firmly âOnly 50 students get accepted each year out of the thousands who apply. I have to-â He snatched his hands away from you startling you as he pushed his resting body off the tree trunk in anger stomping past you.
âGo! Just fuckinâ go!âŠbut just know we are doneâ that sentence made your heart shatter.
âPaul I-â
âNo, I just canât handle having a long distance relationship. Itâll never workâ with that he kept walking not taking a look back at his broken lover. You watched the boy you love walk away as you collapsed on the forrest floor sobbing your heart out.
âWe- well I guess this is goodbye you asshole.â You choked out.
âââââââââââââââââââ
Itâs now have been a few years since youâve be been back home and you truly missed it. You were doing alright in school but the city life wasnât for you and not to say you didnât enjoy the spontaneous soul it held you yearned for the relaxed and calming aura Forks held. It always soothed your anxiousness.
You smile as you pulled into Emilys drive way and noticing not much has changed. Given it was night time but you did notice Sam added on to the house and repainted it.
You got out your car and stretched letting out an exasperated sigh âwell here we go.â You spoke to your self lacking enthusiasm.
You tapped your fingers against your thighs nervously as you walked around to the back yard. Emily and Sam were the only ones who knew you were coming so they notified you that they were having a family bonfire. You quietly peeked around not wanting to be noticed yet but due to their heightened senses Seth caught your scent and turned around.
His alert expression was replaced with a big grin. âNo way man! Look guys y/n home!!â everyone got up to greet you but the one you were looking for ignored the whole interaction.
They were all bombarded you with questions âhowâs your school life?â, âwhatâs it like living in New Yorkâ, âAre you staying home for good?â But all you could focus on is Paul snuggled up with a girl youâve never seen before.
âOh her?â Jared spoke up noticing your glaring âsome girl he brought around a year after you left.â He shook his head sitting back down.
âDoes she know?â You ask and he shook his head catching on.
âShe has no clue about ourâŠsecretâ he whispered, âbut sheâs been around for a good bit.â You let that sigh thinking it over and over. It honestly made you angry, how could he do this when you to are undoubtedly meant for each other.
Feeling your mood shift his eyes locked with yours. He wanted to run over to you and whisk you off to his room to talk about your stay in New York, but the way you both left things stopped him. You glanced over at the girl and she looked so infatuated with him as she played with his hands like you used to, smiling and stroking his hair like you used to and laying her head on his chest like you used to. She was beyond gorgeous too, perfect skin, long natural lashes and big pretty eyes.
You were jealous.
But all you could do was close your eyes and take a deep breath as you sat between Seth and Quil. Quil handed you a beer and you gladly excepted cracking it open chugging half the bottle.
âSo y/n, howâs fashion school treating you?â Emily questioned with a sincere smile as she twirled her marshmallow through the fire.
âOh great! I was actually an intern for Donatella Versace! Can you believe that?! She even let me and a few other students work on a show with her, it was amazingâ you grinned excitedly. You really were truly pleased with the profession you chose.
âOh Iâm so proud of you, thatâs wonderful! Isnât it Paul?â Your smile faded as you glared at her. You both spoke with your eyes, you glaring daggers into her soul as she acted like she did nothing. That went on for a few minutes until you heard a low yeah come from Paul.
âWell..everyone join me in the kitchen please I believe the lasagnas doneâ Emily collected them some looked confused as other caught on.
âExcluding Paul and y/n you two have some catching up to doâ she smiled pushing you back on the log you were sitting on mouthing the words âtalk to himâ.
âLetâs go Christiâ Em put an emphasis on her name as she grabbed the new girl ignoring her protests.
âSo thatâs her nameâ you thought as you sized her up.
Watching them go in the house left you two alone, and you hated awkward silence. All he did was stare at the flames sipping his beer.
âSo you moved on I seeâ You said full of spite.
âYes and noâ you rolled your eyes and his dumb response.
âThis prick! Who does he think he is?!â you internally screamed.
âWhat does that even mean Paul?â You edged on getting annoyed by his nonchalant attitude.
âYou promised meââ you pause to swallow the lump forming in your throat. âYou promised me forever you bastard!â It took everything in you to not cry.
âYouâre the one who leftâ he muttered taking notice of your teary eyes.
âTo follow my dreams!â You yelled shaking your hands in the air in frustration. âWeâve talked about this since the beginning of time Paul. Youâre the one who told me to follow my heart and get out of this small town. To make something out of myselfâŠâ
âI know what I said damnit!â He grumbled taking another swig of his beer.
He sighs looking off into the dark night âI justâŠl- I donât know.â
âPaul-â
âI didnât want you to go ok!â He straightened his posture throwing the empty beer bottle to the ground in a fit a rage âI only reacted like that becauseâ because I guess part of me was jealous a-and the other half wanted you to stay⊠I was scared that youâd never come back to meâ his tone fell softer at the end looking away from your confused stare.
âPaul, weâre souls mates. Literally!â You let out a bitter laugh. âI donât know why you didnât think Iâd come back to youâŠyouâre my babyâ you shyly added the last bit causing him to become flustered.
âBut you continue to hurt me. Then and now, with your so called moving onââyou rolled your eyes moving your fingers in quotation marks.
âChristi? sheâs pretty and all but she not you.â
âYou think that makes it better? I come home to make things right and I find you and some other chick cuddled under each otherâ your nose flared in anger.
He got up from his seat to sit beside you. Your body tensed, you were conflicted you wanted to hold him tight and tell him youâll never leave again but also strangle him.
âYou have every right to be angry at me dollâ it fell quiet and you heard nature for the first time in a long time. You missed the way the cicadas sung at night and how the tress danced with the wind along with the twinkling stars in the pitch black sky. It felt like homeâ no it is home.
âYou know it hurt me coming home and made me feel like the other womenâ Paul heart clenched, he never wanted you to feel like that.
âIâm so so sorry y/n. I just missed you like fucking crazy andâŠand I thought talking to someone would help with the loneliness but it only made me realize no one could ever replace you even if they tried. I know Iâm the one who broke things apart, but baby if youâre willing to give me a second chance I swear it to you I wonât hurt you ever againâ he stared at you with the most adoration as he spoke his heart for the first time in a long time.
You held his face in caressing his cheek with one hand, he rested his eyes leaning into it. âPaul I love you and I missed you tooâŠand Iâm willing to give us another chance. ButâŠwe canât pretend like what happened didnât happen so letâs take it slow from here on out ok? â You gave him a hopeful smile lightly pinching his cheek.
He smiled âok my love.â
That night you two spent the night in each otherâs arms laughing, giggling, crying and just all around enjoying each others company. You both missed the other dearly and never wanted to part anytime soon.

sri lankan protestors throwing a pool party at their presidentâs house? good for them love this energy
serious post. start combating any misinformation you find. monkeypox is not an sti. monkeypox spreads through *any form of contact*. it is not exclusive to queer people, and it is *not* queer people's fault. we can not let history repeat itself. don't let flashy headlines take the place of medical facts and information.
conservatives are already itching to start a witchhunt against LGBT people and monkeypox is something they are going to latch onto.
don't let them. don't let this turn into a repeat of the AIDS crisis.

Guys, stop being crap to creators. You arenât hurting Amazon. Youâre stealing from writers.
EDIT:
Okay, to all the people blaming Amazon and TikTok, you are wildly missing the point or misdirecting blame.
TikTok is an app. It is not sentient. It is not doing this.
Amazon is also an app, and it is WHERE this is happening.
The problem is the people who are choosing to do this.
In order to âsave moneyââ please read that as âstealââ they are buying a book fully intending to read and then return it so they get something without truly paying for it.
Nevermind, libraries let you borrow books for free, including ebooks.
Nevermind that writers canât keep food on the table or a roof over their heads (so they can also keep writing, btw) if they arenât getting paid.
No, no, what matters is YOU. You wanted it, felt entitled to it, made excuses to yourself and others to justify it, and then helped yourself to someoneâs hardwork without intending to pay for it. AKA âtheft.â
This isnât some vigilante, anti-corporations BS. You donât hurt corporations by doing this. You hurt authors. You hurt the author your stealing from. You hurt every author who gives up getting published because of this behavior. You hurt other authors who sees this happening, knowing you donât give a ratâs ass about them only want to selfishly benefit from their labor. These are people who work hard, arenât paid a living wage, and are practically begging just to be fairly compensated, yet people continue to exploit them and take their hardwork for themselves. (Slavery is coming to mind, is it doing that for anyone else? Make someone else do all the work while you reap the benefits and do absolutely nothing to earn it, including not paying them so they can pay bills and eat?).
You hurt people. You hurt the people you are stealing from. You are choosing to do that.
Stop blaming TikTok and Amazon. Itâs PEOPLE who are choosing to do this to other people.
Meanwhile, you could have gone to the library or used their electronic resources. Yâall are some fucked up, selfish assholes. Treat others how youâd want to be treated. If a toddler can understand kindness and caring, so the fuck can you.
