get outside in the cool, crisp air and smell the smell of autumn

drink an extra glass of water once in a while

buy a themed candle and light it at night to get in the mood for the season

thrift some grandpa sweaters and wear them to run errands (we have some in stock at my vintage shop!)

go to a local bookstore

research seasonal produce and pick some up at the grocery store

plan a museum date with your favorite person

go to the park and cronch some leaves

buy a new houseplant (+ hope it helps the seasonal depression)

make your bed more often

try a new flavor of coffee or coffee creamer

rediscover music you loved years ago (the Smiths is always a good place to start for that nostalgic feeling)

clear out your refrigerator

watch Stranger Things, Gilmore Girls, Supernatural or other cozy show

make a pinterest board for the month and pin everything that gives you joy to it

research a holiday happening this season that you don’t practice and learn about another culture!

do your laundry BEFORE you run out of underwear

observe as the trees lose their final leaves for the year

its baffling seeing people on here being all shocked about how other ppl didnt have sex or do drugs or drink or go to parties etc etc in high schools like. sorry i was too busy getting bullied to do all of that stuff i guess. why are you surprised that there’s losers on the cringe loser website
