I find it mildly amusing that the P51 has that “smiling” air intake under the prop

What would the ISS look like if it was anthropromophized?

Probably something like this, or the different modules would be separate beings trying to hold for dear life as they fly around the planet at 27 600 km/h (17 145 mph).
