Calling Artists In The Portal Fandom!

Hey everyone!

For those of you who don’t know, since 2019 I have been making and sending out FREE Portal-Themed Holiday Cards each year to anyone who wants one between Nov. 20th and Dec. 20th! Last year I mailed/emailed a total of 141 cards to Italy, Australia, Canada, Colombia, The Czech Republic, Germany, England, Finland, France, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Russia, The US, The United Kingdom, and Vietnam!

Once again, I’m pleased to announce that the Portal Holiday Spirit Initiative will be returning for 2022! Also, since the inclusion of artists from the Portal fandom was so well received last year, I've decided to open up that option again this year!

I'm currently looking for 8 Portal artists who want to contribute artwork to be featured on the front of a Portal Holiday Postcard!

The artwork will need to be horizontal, 4 inches tall x 6 inches wide, themed around characters from Portal or Portal 2, and will be holiday-neutral (think Winter scenes, but not holiday-specific scenes). Colorful and finished artwork is preferred (as opposed to line art and sketches). Artwork also needs to be finished by November 20th, which is the day card requests open to the entire fandom. You're seeing this post in October to allow time for the artwork to be made. :)

Because PHSI is run out of the goodness of my heart to try and lift people’s spirits up at the end of the year, there is no monetary compensation for contributing the artwork, only the warm feelings you get from doing something for others and the knowledge that your artwork has travelled the world to reach people.

Artist slots and character assignments are limited and first-come-first-served, so if you think you're able to contribute artwork for this fun fandom tradition please DM me as soon as possible!
