When this conversation comes up I wonder why no one seems to think of the possibility that they could be half-sisters. Is everyone so conservative? In my real life half-siblings are not uncommon.

When the Trix have different mothers or fathers this would explain why they didn't grew up together...

I was named after a famous person (+ liked the name). My mother likes the singer and her music but not the kind of: I am a huge fan, I have to name my baby after her. It was like: Yeah I like this singer and hey... what a nice name for my kid!

For the purposes of this poll please just stick to birth names! I'd like to do another poll for names people chose themselves later in life.

Random Sailor Moon Trivia:

Act 14 of the manga was titled “Shuuketsu Soshite Hajimari PETIT ÉTRANGER”. "Petit étranger" is French for “little stranger,” though the correct way to describe Chibiusa (as she was female) would be “petite étrangère.“ 

When the corresponding episode of Sailor Moon Crystal aired, it did have the title “Shuuketsu Soshite Hajimari - PETITE ÉTRANGÉRE -“

(The Kodansha re-release of the manga also changed the title, although it incorrectly wrote the word "étrangère” as “étrangere.”)

It is like that not just for Winx but for anything one likes as kid. Then your "I'm to cool for that" Phase hits you in your teenage years until you re-discover and embrace the stuff as adult!

November 8 is the birthday of Akiko Miyazawa, the fourth actress to play Minako Aino/Sailor Venus  and the second actress to play Queen Beryl in the Sailor Moon musicals. She played Sailor Venus in Eien Densetsu and its revision, and Queen Beryl in Starlights - Ryuusei Densetsu and Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin.
