Namjoons Soulmate Tarot Reading

This reading - and posting my readings of others on tumblr has been a long time coming- but through practice and inspiration from @bluemoonpunch @submissive-bangtan and my dear friend @i-ophi-i here you go!!!

I felt called to do a reading on his soul mate and not future partner because the spirit guides do what they do!

So, here I felt called to pull three cards from 'the signs' section of the Karma cards to see what possible astrology signs namjoons soul mate may have. Andddddd all the earth signs came out! There is no real surprise there as an earth sign person could balance joon out and also heavily relate to him (hes a virgo) and also provide the financial stability he needs in a partner. As In he needs someone with their own career and money so he doesnt feel used and taken advantage of for his position and fame. Okay onto the tarot cards!

I used two decks for this the 'tarot for everyday use' and the 'mystic mondays tarot'.

I first pulled from the mystic mondays deck:

Okay so overall energy is a very balanced and compassionate person, they have their logical and emotional side well balanced with a healthy dose of passionate energy and self belief. This is just what namjoons needs in my opinion. He needs a partner with emotional stability but not someone who needs his constant attention, as he cant give it with the career and life he leads. He needs someone with a healthy dose of self belief and self esteem so his position and his own woes wont weigh heavily on his future soul mates mind.

Looks wise what I'm picking up of the cards is an elegant individual, with long dark hair and an athletic figure. Also someone with a great sense of style and who can dress for any occasion.

Okay so deeper analysis of the cards, the king of cups is top tier the energy is very mindful and the person will be a master of their emotions, something joon struggles with. Tgey will be an excellent communicator when it comes to feelings and emotions and this will blend well with joons wants to communicate and share his feelings. I see them being confident person, a winner, see on the card the relaxed open body language and holding the cup - a trophy - aloft. This is also how they will see theirs and joons relationship. Something to celebrate and be open and honest about.

Judgement - this card implies the person will be a reflection of joon. Look at the card, it's like a mirror is between the two mountains they arent exactly the same but they are similar enough that you can recognise that. That's the sort of recognition joon and his soul mate will have for one another. They will encourage self reflecting and working on your inner self, just what joon strives for.

Justice- easy explanation. Joon and his soul mate will balance each other out perfectly. They, like in the judgement card will see that they are similar in all the right ways and different in all the ways they need to be to help each other grow and to keep the connection interesting. There connection will feel equal and balanced there will be no one partner dominating the other. Joon will feel safe and relaxed.

Queen of wands - a sexy bad ass. Just what joon looks for, this person has the self confidence and attractiveness to immediately catch joons eye. See the stance? Confidence af. The person will have the physical attributes joon looks for in a partner he will view them as the most sexy and beautiful person alive. No matter their looks and whether they prescribe to beauty standards, joon will fall head over heels for them on first sight. This card also again tells us the person is confident in themselves and a passionate person. Their love life in the bedroom will be *ahem* well you get the jist, let's keep this PG and respectful ;).

Two of swords - now this card usually implies an impasse, indecision, weighing up your options etc. However from the imagery and the energy I'm getting from the card its implying that joon and the person will know that there isnt anyone else for them, see how the swords are wrapped around each other and are bent out of shape? This connection will literally reshape joon and his soul mate so much that they wont find the level of intimacy and just togetherness anywhere else. There will be no room for indecision, they will just know. (How romantic...)

Knight of wands - following up after the two of swords and the energy is projected at me, the movement into an offer of commitment will be swift and passionate. Because they just know they will offer to get together and will ride off into the proverbial sunset on a wave of happiness - and lust - in the EARLY stages of their relationship it will be a very physical orientated relationship. See how the man is grasping the stick? Well you get the idea....

Queen of swords!! - this person has the right dose of logic joon needs to keep him on the straight and narrow - and hopefully from picking out boiling noodles from a pan with his bare hands.... this person is smart and put together they can match joon in his IQ for sure. I'm getting strong feminine boss lady vibes but gender doesnt matter, I dont know joons sexuality. Usually this card would indicate ridgid logic over emotions but paired with the king of cups and all that fiery wands energy this person is very balanced between compassion and logic.

Okay so the next deck 'tarot for everyday life' expands on this reading;

This is certainly a soul mate energy! This is divine love and bliss and harmony within the connection. This person will match joon and together they will boost each other to shine even brighter then they do by themselves. They will be blessed with true love and a hardworking approach to managing their relationship and their life. I also see children being a big possibility (10 of cups in traditional tarot has a family celebrating their blissful life).

So a breakdown of the cards (sorry I'm a long winded person)

King of pentacles!!! This person has their career and finances sorted. They are stable and ready to settle down. When they meet Joon, they will be ready to offer him that flower hes holding on the card and offer him a throne next to theirs!

3 of cups - celebrating and weddings all around, they will commit quite quickly and through the help of friends and family settle down from the honeymoon phase well. Once the lust haze from the knight of wands wears off they will be fumbling around for some help to figure out how to set themselves up within their friend and family groups. (They've been inside a lot...) they will soon find their groove and realise hey this truly is great as they merge well with each others loved ones and start planning a more certain future.

10 of CUPPSSS! DIVINE LOVE AND MARRIAGE YALL!! yup these two will be promising to spend their lives with each other one way or another. A sense this might be 10 months to a year after meeting they will commit either through an engagement or marriage etc. Their relationship will be blessed by the universe and the divine. They will feel happy and complete around each other and just yanno eternal bliss! awwwwww I'm so happy for Joon, man.

The star - this person is or will be well known just like Joon. They match him. I reckon they could be an actress, singer etc. Someone in the spotlight and someone used to it. They can handle it - and all the bad that comes with the good - and arent afraid to shine by Joons side. They know their worth and that they are talented and gorgeous. They will ignore the haters and continue to shine. (Good for them!) This is also how Joon and his soul mate will see each other. As stars. Enough said. 👌

Temperance - a well balanced relationship and lifestyle over all throughout their relationship, as the cards have been saying they feel balanced by each other. Also they know this connection is divinely guided (angel wings on the person in the card) and to pour away anything that doesnt serve them or the connection. This will help Joon mightily. He will stop caring as much about armys opinions on his SO. And he too will learn to leave the stuff he doesnt need. Pour it down the drain Joon!

9 of wands in reverse - this approach to the relationship and life as a whole by Joons soul mate (the temperance card) will literally help Joon overcome what is shown by this card. He will stop feeling claustrophobic and resentful about his position as an idol as he notices that other peoples negative opinions and judgement on his personal life DOESN'T bring his life and career crashing down. With the star card when he meets his soul mate he will be so well established a 'relationship scandal' will barely touch his reputation. Actually he will find it well received by fans and that they will be happy for him with the:

Namjoon is the type of boyfriend to love you blindly. He is usually such a cautious and meticulous man, but when it comes to you, he’d follow you into a burning building without a second thought. You are everything he’s not, and that’s what made him fall in love with you. He’d be working on some piece of music, and he’s stuck so heavily in writers block he can’t even form a coherent sentence, but you come into the studio with the car keys and some delicious homemade food in a picnic basket. You tell him the park is only down the road, but it’s really an hour and half away, but he doesn’t notice because he loves watching the way your hair whips around from the window being down, and the way your finger tip taps on the steering wheel to the beat of the song that you’re singing so loudly he can barely hear his own thoughts, but it’s okay, because his thoughts are all about you, and who would want to be thinking about you when you’re right in front of him, making him realize why he associated the word love with a face, your face.
