unpopular opinion ab shifting: there is nothing wrong with changing races. fetishizing is another topic but if someone wants to change their skin tone , race, ethnicity, nationality, then let them be. its their choice. plus we arent even our physical body we are consciousness so why does it matter? your body is like clothing, you can change it, you can take it off, theres nothing wrong with it. you have no “original” physical form so let people be. their dr is their dr. yes some things are quite questionable but its their choice. again we are NOT our physical body. or not JUST our physical body.

I think I need to ACTUALLY TALK about the thing of restarting your journey -shifting-

You won't need tons of things for this, it's really easy and you actually don't necessarily need to mediate or clear your thoughts exactly you can just restart it by forgetting that you've been trying (for whatever time, it depends)

forgetting that you've been trying to shift... Start by affirming that you have just started shifting to your dr, look at your scripts as something that you've known before starting to shift. Act like you've never known a method before
