Am I Missing Something?
Am I missing something?
Was I wrong to think Prosecutor Blackquill could be kind to a stranger? Or at the very least, civil?
I just....
I thought maybe he could be happy for me. That maybe if I asked he wouldn't give Burnie a hard time.
I don't understand where this is coming from.

No, I'm not doing that. Why the devil should I prove anything to you? Hell, you wouldn't know If I did it or not, since even if it DID work, I'd be the one with the rock. I could tell wonderful lies or horrible truths, and you wouldn't even know.
And yes, I know, you don't want me to do this for your benefit, but my own. Well I'm not doing that, either. Let's assume, for arguments sake, it did work. For all I know, it doesn't work on yourself, or Wright-dono would likely be far more honest than he actually is. The man's entire court strategy is to bluff until he makes it, why would he subject himself to seeing locks constantly? Even if he couldn't see them, would the stone not react? Or, What if it didn't work for obvious lies but only deep secrets? What if it can detect a lie, but the truth is not what you think?
I've read Wright's court transcripts. Spoken to his students. Even assuming his magatama functions the way you claim, he's had to come up with evidence to support his claims, weither sooner or later. You have no such evidence, and are asking me to believe that because you claim you saw something, I must surely have feelings for someone else, who, might I add, is currently seeing someone.
Rubbish.

Me still having the magatama in my back:
-Hmmmm Blackquill I know I annoy you guys. For a while, but I have my suspicions about something so I hope you don’t mind me asking, but do you have romantic feelings for detective Fulbright or something?
This? Again?
Umi-teardrop, allow me to be very clear.
I am not interested in any way, shape, or form in Detective Fulbright.
*a series of locks appears*
Further, even if I were, I am in no position to be engaging in relationships with anyone. I am simply not in the space to do so, nor have I ever been particularly interested in romance anyway.
I hope this settles it.

((continuing from here with @umi-teardrop))
Oh please, I wasn't going to actually hurt the man.
*Simon shifts, looking away*
"he's.... fine. Loud. Self-aggrandizing. Smells like ashes. Could probably bench the weight of his firetruck, which I'm certain drew Fool-Bright to him to begin with. Rover loves him, or so I'm told.
What does it matter? Fool-Bright is head over heels it would seem. He's been spending all his time with the man, I'm sure they'll be very happy.
*a twinge of bitterness, perhaps?*

((out of character, uploading some old art of Mine! I hope you all like it! I'm just out here traumatizing my guys, both of them!))
((Looking Good! only note is the preference for strong men is Bobby speaking, not speaking about bobby!))
((Some that may be helpful as well, an early mention of Bobby, and some events that Bobby specifically invited him to, and some of the traits Bobby has that Simon admires))
((now the court record has been updated, what will you do?))
((Ask and you shall receive! Though, while he's never shared anything that proves romantic intent, there have been several posts lately that certainly point to something being wrong...they may be useful to building your case, as we've already seen, the man will deny deny deny initially.
Besides being flatmates, and demonstrating a level of trust that runs deep, Bobby is the only officer Simon will work with, unless there are forces physically preventing it, such as Bobby needing to recluse himself, or becoming ill. if he does need to work with another detective, make no mistake, he'll be difficult about it.
Besides this, the two attend events together, Thanksgiving was at Bobby's Nana's after all, as was Christmas.
If you want more evidence still, you may need to do some digging...😉))
((sorry for the delay! Busy weekend!))
OK from what I gather this is what I found it for now as evidence
* only officer Simon will work with
* attending events
*this post about them smooching even thought it not cannon
* Bobby‘s boyfriend actually being real
*Love Muscular Bobby probably seen Bobby work out a lot!
* the ideal date might be a clue, but I’m still not sure
*photos like this and this
*playing dumb
*avoiding romance questions the best he can
* caring too much whenever Bernie is mentioned
* came to a Christmas party even though he usually doesn’t care about parties unless someone he loves, invited them like Athena
* considering killing Bernie, but also wanting Fulbright to be happy
**You think this is enough or is there something missing?**
(Please Answer this)
Prosecutor Blackquill has been in a foul mood all day!
I hope he's able to be civil when Burnie comes over later...
