How do I keep myself busy from thinking about food
Good question, for me I put on an interesting film or documentary and jump on my walking pad for the duration. Getting out the house is the best option but if you have to stay in, try doing things that make it hard to eat. Painting your nails, cleaning, bathing the dog etc. The random things work best 😅💕
