here is the NEW plan:

a. still go to gym bc i love it

b. eat 3 meals a̸ day

c. stop counting cals

d. only weigh myself on wednesdays to see gym progress. not ana.

e. reach out for help if ȋ̈ feel like ȋ̈ may relapse

f. focus on school more, not my weight

g. go eat rn
