Recently I’ve noticed I have a lot of followers who are younger than me

you’re all starting back at school or have already started and I see you’re worried about it and there’s just a few things i think you really need to hear from someone who knows exactly where youre at and who has been there before 100 times over

First of all; high school is so rough. It’s completely and utterly normal that you don’t want to get out of bed today and it’s okay to take days off from school. But it also feels so good to do your study and get the grades you want to get, it’s something to be proud of. And feeling proud of yourself is such an unappreciated feeling, trust me it feels real good. When you’re feeling really down, like you don’t want to be here anymore, god damn it don’t keep it bottled up. Let it out. Write it down, draw something, paint something, tell your mum, tell your friend, tell your teacher, tell someone you’re comfortable with. I know you wish someone would ask if you’re okay but its you who has to do it. You gotta help yourself. Your parents love you and im so sorry that they’re being arseholes. if they are or if it seems like it, they’re just really bad at showing how they care about you. Also remember your friends love you.. and your grandparents, and your cousins, and your pets, i don’t know, but if you’re not feeling loved, there always will be someone who does love you. I do. Even you probably love a lot, whether it be your friends or a guy or a girl or whoever, maybe you’re in love with them, maybe you aren’t, who knows but you?? What I need you to hear is, just because you’re young doesn’t mean your feelings aren’t strong and aren’t real. But you’ve made it so far and through a lot and you’re going to keep going because I know you can, you know you can. You’re beautiful, love yourself, live today. It’ll all be worth it.
