I have yet to finish the show, but I’ve been watching for a while now and have even shared my love for the show with many people in my family regardless of the fact that I’m the only one who actually likes anime. I even dressed up as law for Halloween along with my younger cousins as Bepo and Chopper. Hell, I even plan on becoming an animator or mangaka because of how much I love the show, but I wish they had more diverse representations. The casting in the live action that is filled with such dedicated and inspiring people truly displayed diversity of the characters that I wish was showed more in the show.

I truly hope Toei and Oda, along with many people in the one piece fan base see how wrong it is to lack any sort of representation of other skin tones besides white. Like come on all of us can do better than this.
