Jin watched as you look around the shelter for a hybrid that caught your eye but his eyes caught you first. You walked around the back yard of the shelter with a worker as jin followed from a distance trying to work up the courage to go up to you himself which seems out of character for him.

Workers always saw jin as a bold, confident, hybrid and being the oldest he used his confidence and bold jokes to make the youngsters laugh. This was a new feeling for him, butterfly flutter in his stomach, and a burning heat in his cheeks. He watched as you tried to speak to a dog hybrid but they paid you no mind and simply walked away. You were probably looking for one of the more popular hybrids like a dog or cat but he could at least try, right? I mean he was nice, funny, and sugar gliders were less expensive anyways. He could tell you also happened to be younger than him, at least 1-2 years which would make it a lot easier for you to take care of him.

He slowly walked up behind you with his tail between his legs and a shaky finger as he tapped your shoulder, you turned around a little surprised. Jin gave a little smile making his cheeks inflate "would you mind talking to me?" You smiled "sure" you turned to the worker next to you who lead you into a meeting room. You both sat down and the worker left to give you both time, "I'm seokjin, Kim seokjin" he said sitting across from you with a warm smile. "I'm y/n, nice to meet you" your voice was smooth and sweet and made him melt. "I have to say, i was actually surprised when you tapped me on the shoulder, I've only ever heard of owners finding they're Destin mate," you said with a slight giggle. "I was surprised too, you just really caught my eye," he said letting the word slip from his tongue without thought. When he realized what he said he shot his glance up at you only to see you looking down with a small smile and blush on your cheeks making him relax.

"Hate to interrupt but, would you like me to get you the adoption papers?" The worker asked popping back in, you looked at seokjin "would you like to... Come home with me?" You asked, his eyes widened not leaving yours. "Yes," he said in a fast breath. You were given the papers and signed.

"I'll go pack my thing," jin said getting up "I'll help," you said following him down the hallways into his small room. He brought out a suitcase and began packing some things. "Jin Hyung?" You turned your head seeing a boy no more than 7 years old stand in the doorway "hey, jisung" jin greeted the little boy crouching down to his level. "Where are you going?" The boy asked "i just found a home for myself jisung" jin smiled petting the boys flopped down bunny ears, "you're leaving?" The boy asked with big eye. Jin took a minute before nodding "promise you'll take care of your sister for me?" The boy nodded hugging his arms tightly around jins neck. Jin picked up his bag as you followed "goodbye jin" "goodbye jisung" he waved walking down the long hallway

"Is he one of your little friends?" You ask. "I guess, I'm the oldest here so i normally take care of the younger ones" you smiled. "I can take you back to visit any time you want" he smiled at you "thank you, this place gets tiring after being here for so long. I'm glad i spotted you today" he in a thanking manner "I'm glad you did, me alone gets lonely after a while as well but i don't think thats going to be a problem anymore" you responded heart filled with hope at trust knowing you made the right decision to give him a chance.

You desperately tried to pull your leg from the hybrid trap but found it to be unsuccessful and began to sob.

You had been playing with the younger ones in a game of tag when you ran into a trape that pierced into your ankle, your pack simply left you behind. No matter how much you pulled and tugged you couldn't release yourself from the device. You were almost certain you would become a meal or something for a human to sell once they came back for their trap.

You laid in the grass while listing to the crickets of the night and clutching at your stomach in hunger. Your ears suddenly twitched at the sound of footprints and darted your head up from the semi talk grass, 'did your pack come back for you' you thought. That hope you had quickly vanished and turned to fear when you saw the tall wolf hybrid standing feet away from you. You ducked down hoping he wouldn't see you but you knew you were done for when you saw him sniff the air. You flatted yourself on the ground as much as possible, heartbeat racing hearing footsteps approach. You covered your head squeezing your eyes shut.

Everything was silent for a few seconds. "Are you hurt" you looked up seeing the male stand over you, you panicked backing up as much as you could making the chains rattle. "Would you calm down, I'm not going to hurt you" he said bending down taking your leg in his hands. Your whole body shook with fear and confusion, "would you just relax" he said turning his attention to the trap, you tried to stop shaking the best you could. "Ready?" Before you could answer he opened the device with ease allowing you to remove your foot. He picked up the trap ripping it from the ground a threw it elsewhere.

He bent down once again now observing the blood now gushing out of the wounds. "Where's your pack?" He asked you shook you're head. He sighed "I'm not going to hurt them I'm just trying to return you" once again you shook your head this time using words to reassure him " i-i don't know, i got left behind," you said quietly, you heard another sigh come from his lips. "Come on, get on" you looked up seeing him on his knees back facing you, you hesitantly climbed onto his back.

He stood up and began to walk in an unknown direction, "don't worry, i lost my pack too" he said before going quite. You were a little shocked, you never expected a seemingly strong alpha to not have a pack but you didn't expect him to help you either. You almost fell asleep but your eyes widened seeing a faint glow in the distance, the closer you got the more you could process. A small fire was going next to a small cave.

He let you down next to the warm. "Stay here," he said before wandering into the forest. He came back and sat in front of you holding his hands out to you, he held barries and a few fruits for you "oh, thank you" you said taking the barries from him and began to eat. "What's your name?" He asked tilting his head "y/n" he nodded scratching the back of his fluffy ears "im jungkook" you nodded. The question you wanted to ask was right on the tip of your tongue but you were worried that the question would trigger him. "U-um, why didn't you e-eat me?" He looked away for a moment before laying his eyes back onto you. "I don't know, I was hungry and was planning to eat but then i saw you and just couldn't" you both blushed a little red for a moment. "So, we are both pack-less i guess. Wanna... Stay with me?" You took a minute to think, the question took you by surprise a little. He seemed nice and hasn't proved any different other than being a little cold but what if his hunger returned?

"You won't eat me right" he giggled and shook his head. "Now let's get to bed, " he helped you up and blow out the fire. He took you into the small cave where there were a mattress and a blanket "i found them near the streets where humans are, they're actually really comfy." He said with a proud smile. He sat you down on the 'bed' then went back to the entrance covering it with a large branch filled with leaves. He sat next to you ready to get under the sheets when he noticed your anxious expression. "What's wrong?" He asked "oh, nothing it's just being in a cave is a little overwhelming," you said trying to lighten the mood with a giggle. "Oh, well i can assure you it's safe. Now let's lay" you nodded laying next to him moving closer to his chest feeling his warm body heat you like a hug. He moved closer as well, placing his arm around your waist and fluffy tail touching your thighs.

He cursed your cheek thinking you were asleep and mumbling a few sweet words to himself "don't worry y/n, I'll be your protector from now on. No matter predator or prey"

Yesterday namjoon decided on getting guards, there weren't any particular reasons to, you never tried to escape but he just thought it would be a good idea. He knew you wouldn't be happy about it but he didn't expect it to turn out like this though.

He searched around the house looking for you but couldn't seem to find you anywhere in the huge house, not in the library, the back yard, living room, kitchen, nowhere. "Has y/n come down?" He asked the guard standing in the living room "no sir." Namjoon shook his head making his way up to your shared bedroom and greeted the two-guards "gave you seen y/n?" He asked once again "she's been in the bathroom sir" he nodded a little confused. He knocked on the bathroom door, "baby, what's wrong can i come in?" The door slowly opened and he stepped in "baby, what's wrong are you sick?" You shock your head. He gave you a confused look "i-i don't like the guards" you said as quit as possible, "baby, I know you don't like the guards but-" "namjoon, please, i can't do it. I'm sorry i really really tried to get over it but i cant...it feels so suffocating having people watching you where ever you go. I've been in here panicking because i forgot my phone out there and couldn't text you"

By the time you were done with your rant, you were in tears. Guilt had made its way into namjoons heart making it ache deeply. "Aw, baby I'm so sorry. It's ok, we don't need the guards anyway, you're a good girl" he said whipping your tears and patting your head. "I'll go get rid of them ok?" You nodded hugging into his chest "good girl"

Jimin tightly cuddled your pillow tears streaming down his face. It had been a month since you disappeared and it had him completely broken. He wasn't able to touch you like every day, give you kisses, cuddle you, it drove him nuts.

He stopped sobbing when he heard a creek from downstairs, he had been paranoid about every sound since you left hoping it was you returning home. He knew it was probably nothing but he couldn't help himself. He threw himself out of bed running downstairs and to his surprise, you were home. "Baby girl!" He yelled running over to you and swiping you off your feet taking in your sent.

"J-jimin" you said in a raspy voice. He pulled away from you seeing your blooded clothes and face "oh my God baby, what happened- actually don't answer that, it's ok. Let's go get you in the bath we can cuddle while I clean you. Don't worry your safe now"

You finally were able to sit up with a moan of pain. It had been so many days since you've been kidnapped and you started to lose track. When your eyesight bettered a gasp left your mouth seeing a phone left on the floor, it must have fallen out of your kidnappers pocket. You quickly crawled across the floor grabbing the phone quickly pushing in a former number before putting the phone to your ear while shaking

"Hello? Who is this-"

"T-taehyung" you cut him off in a shaky unstable voice. The line went silent for a second "princess?" You nodded to yourself with a little 'mhm' in response "taehyung I'm scared, please I don't know where I am" you pleaded holding back a sob. "It's ok baby, just stay on the line so I can trace the call ok baby girl?" You sniffled and nodded to yourself. You could hear his hard and fast presses of keys. "Princess, are you hurt?" He asked "I can't walk" he didn't reply much just with a huff. "I found you babygirl I'm on my way" you sighed in relief feeling safe and relaxed- but only for a moment. You could hear footsteps coming "t-tae, someones coming!" You sobbed "it's ok baby, I'll be right there ok, just stay calm" a whimper left your mouth as the door flew open. The man huffed in a fit of anger "what the fuck are you doing with my phone!" He yelled throwing a punch at your face.

"HEY" a deep voice interrupted and your captor was thrown off you as a gunshot rang in your ears. Suddenly you were being lifted off the ground by warm arms, you didn't need to open your eyes to know it was taehyung. You clung around him nuzzling your head into his neck "it's ok baby, your safe, now lets get you home"

Jungkook could have been running for hours now, he lost track of time, but time didn't matter he had to get you back.

He had returned home from work seeing the door had been broken into and rushed to your room seeing someone dragging you out the window. Now he was trying to chase you and your kidnapper down in the woods. "Jungkook!" Your ear Piercing scream rang in his head "y/n?!" He yelled back trying to follow your voice. He ran as fast as he could until he tripped taking a sharp fall, when he looked back he saw he had tripped over you. "Oh my God y/n! Baby are you ok?" He asked ripping off the duck tape on your ankles and wrist. You nodded sitting up "i think he got scared and dropped me before running off," you said sitting up, "that's ok baby, I'll find him later but i have to get you to safety first," he said picking you up kissing your forehead.
