triggering myself by scrolling through sh posts and i relapsed, god fucking damnit.
it's frustrating- people expecting things from you- how am I supposed to ever feel like I'm good enough if people keep changing their expectations of me? how am I supposed to not blame myself for messing up after people criticize me for not knowing what they want me to do without them verbalizing or expressing their expectations? how am I supposed to be myself, when everything about me is "wrong" or "not what they wanted", at that point, is there even a version of myself that would ever live up to the impossible expectations set for me by the people around me?
