I'm going to be real with you. Kaos is a great show, but if go in looking for an accurate re-telling of Greek mythology, you're going to get frustrated. It's probably to view it as a Greek mythology inspired fantasy story. Met the show half way and you'll have a better time.
If my reblogs weren’t enough,
I’ve become obsessed with KAOS, and I desperately need more episodes so please please please I’m begging everyone please go watch it.
The story is amazing, that characters are amazing, the cinematography is gorgeous, the twists are so well done and I’m just completely in love.
GO. WATCH. IT.
Go stream Kaos on Netflix please.
It has Billie Piper.
I actually adore the way they change Greek mythos in Kaos. They change it so orpheus cannot look at eurydice after instead of on the journey out.
Also love the black and whiteness of the underworld. Really ads to the whole being dead thimg.

Just a very quick drawing but I literally could not function today if I didn´t draw Dionysus carrying Dennis from Netflix´s new show Kaos
Old Horror Movie Trailer Reaction Images. Batch 1.
I recently posted these screenshots from old horror movie trailers and you guys seemed to like them. I had been re blogging them with more but the post was getting pretty lengthy, so I'm just gonna make separate posts from now on with a bunch of them on each. Me when… me when… the identity is horror. Who are you? Can you be replicated? Is that replication you? If someone looks just like you, acts like you and is interpreted by others as you, are they you? Do your thoughts count for anything? If everything you actually think stays in your head and never comes out then you die do people grieve you? Do you respond to your name or to any name?

creatures of horror
pumpkinhead (1988) / brain damage (1988) / alien (1979) / the thing (1981) / possession (1981) / eraserhead (1977) / the fly (1986) / basket case (1982) / beetlejuice (1988)
interesting how no one is talking about the body horror of it all? being perceived and known so intimately but never in the right way. donna and the doctor seeing versions of themselves that are ever so slightly off but convincing enough that even the audience doesn't know which is which at times. seeing yourself morphed and changed and fragmented and destroyed against your will in ways that you can never forget. the dehumanisation of it all. the robot also being something that doesn't have control over its own body except as a means to destroy. this episode was reminiscent of john carpenter's the thing. to me

A mycelium is a network of fungal threads or hyphae. Mycelia often grow underground but can also thrive in other places such as rotting tree trunks. A single spore can develop into a mycelium. The fruiting bodies of fungi, such as mushrooms, can sprout.
was testing out mycelium resistance grian designs :3

thinking about beefsteak fungus. imagine you're walking through the forest. and one of these reaches out. and (tenderly, sensually) licks you
