And possibly can shapeshift since it appears as Rhys’s corpse even though he’s still technically in Stiles’s body in Divine Move (or at least makes illusions to appear in different bodies)? Imagine if it gave Stiles that possible ability too when it created Stiles’s new body, Stiles occasionally looks totally different and nobody is ever sure what Stiles will look like next. The only guarantee is at school because it would be a real pain to explain to the teachers why Stiles is now a blonde girl one day but is back to his usual appearance the next.

I'm fairly certain "a threat" was already the answer before the Nogitsune ever appeared, but after having a shapeshifting spirit rattling around upstairs for a while, Stiles's sense of gender is even more "meh."
