Much like you, he is not new to chronic nightmares

Though he has found ways to avoid them, in the most unhealthy way possible, by avoiding sleeping all together

But he wants you to be better than him and take care of yourself properly

So, despite his grump demeanor, he'll do what he can to help you go to sleep, or calm you down after bad nightmares

Mike is more than happy to sit and listen to your ranting about nightmares if it helps

Will give you caffeine after a sleepless night to keep you going

Phone Guy:

He has also had his fair share of nightmares and night terrors

Especially since he was attacked by the animatronics

He finds that actually talking about it helps him a lot personally

So he may encourage you to do the same, only if you are comfortable with it

That, and he also thrives on coffee

He will stay up with you after your nightmares to keep you company and so you know he's there if you want to talk :)

Vincent:

He honestly doesn't have nightmares often, if at all

So the first few times he's confused when you wake up panicked after a "silly little nightmare"

So you may have to explain that these nightmares really do bother you and that you don't sleep much because of it

After that, he is much more sympathetic (if that's even possible)

He likes to stay up with you after your nightmares and hold you or cuddle if you're willing too

Jeremy honestly doesn't get nightmares often, let alone dream that often

But when he does, they are terrifying and it leaves him unable to sleep properly for a week

He has even lost sleep because he was anxious/terrified about going to work

Whenever you tell him about these nightmares he's very sympathetic and opens up about his own experiences

He'll ask what he can do to help or if you just want to rant about it, either way, he feels better knowing he can help you

Fritz doesn't even sleep that often or that much, not because of nightmares or anxiety but just because

So he quite literally runs on energy drinks and keeps himself busy

He has probably noticed that you hadn't been getting a lot of sleep and offers an energy drink or tells you to do something to keep yourself busy until you get tired enough to fall asleep

So his go-to method with you is to keep you busy or keep your attention until you drop, honestly not the best but at least you slept right?

He is also more than happy to hear you talk about your nightmares or stay up with you if that will help you go back to sleep

Coraline sort of fluff headcanons of being the older sister of Coraline around 17 years old and a college student..you were practically the one person who spent time with Coraline and everything despite your brain draining studies that took up half your time when you study in your room..you weren't exactly boring but you weren't exactly exciting either..you were mostly average as a older sister who spent time doing your studies or at your part time job at a newsagents which you travelled to by bike that takes an hour almost. You also own a dog, a golden lab who is your responsibility and the most gentlest of dogs anyone could ever own..(Your parents made you promise that you will look after your dog by yourself if they get it for you when you were sixteen and you looked after biscuit *the dog * ever since). You may be like your mother in personality at times when you don't have time for Coraline when you are working..but you always apologise for being harsh to her afterwards. You are generally a nice older sister regardless of how 'boring' you were since you are a college student and you work part time at a newsagents. You can't exactly cook due to your experiences with it..and you always seem to make things explode in one way or another..(you had a scar down your right hand to prove it) and you just stick to things that can be heated up in an oven or something *that doesn't explode thankfully* You didn't exactly believe Coraline about another world at all and believed that she was telling stories..

Being Coraline's older sister headcanons:

Your parents often look to you, to keep Coraline busy when they are working, which was literally all the time

So you were basically a full-time babysitter

Sometimes you do argue with them over how often you have to watch or take care of Coraline because they are so busy

But you still love them and understand that someone has to put food on the table

Coraline comes to you for everything, from complaining about mom and dad to how boring her new school seemed, how weird the neighbors were, the "other mother" etc.

You don't think much of the other mother stories Coraline tells you, just thinking it's a wild dream she had

Coraline is also close to biscuit, taking him on walks with you, playing fetch

You and Coraline are the ones who have to give biscuit a bath everytime he gets slightly dirty to save yourselves from moms complaining

Biscuit is a hyper, friendly dog, never failing to get into something or make a mess

And if it's not biscuit that is causing some kind of trouble it's you and Coraline, whether its your "cooking" or Coraline accidentally breaking something

Biscuit can probably sense the other mother and avoids the door to the portal, maybe even barking at it during random hours of the night

That's when you begin to become suspicious of the stories Coraline was telling you about the other mother

Then Max had the idea to go to the mall, despite that Hopper said to never leave the cabin

But what he didn't know wouldn't hurt him, right?

So you all went!

It was exciting being able to see all over Hawkins for the first time

Even riding the bus there was something you never experienced

The mall was large, especially for Hawkins

It was filled with people, shops, and music

You were able to goof around and have fun with Max and Eleven

Both you and Eleven even got brand new clothes

Clothes you chose, and that fit you both physically and personality-wise!

You all took pictures in the photo booth, posing and smiling

Then you even got free ice cream from Steve!

It was so many new exciting experiences in one day, so many good memories

Stranger things angst Headcanon of how Dustin and Lucas reacted when you (Will's older twin sister who is his female counterpart excluding the bowl hair cut since she takes good care of her hair and a tomboy and a martial arts professional and pretty much good at anything and Bisexual) told Mike to drop dead in a ditch after you slapped him across the face and that will make you feel better when he tries to apologise to you for dumping you so bluntly the last week when you confessed to him *you walk away with Will before he could actually apologise to you*...what Mike said hurt your feelings and he could've been nicer about it then behave like a total asshole. You remember how hurt you felt before of that and you hated it and you hated him for it. No-one blamed you for reacting that way...he was a total jerk to you that day and Mike regretted it. Will's reaction as well...and Max's (she saw what happened)

On one hand, they're both like oh shit, it's going down

On the other, they think Mike had it coming cause he did have the tendency to be an asshole at times

Dustin and Lucus try their best to try and stop you from walking away but ultimately realize how useless that is and try to talk sense into Mike instead

They want to find a way for you guys to get along again even if your friendship/relationship ended so poorly

Will just goes along with whatever you want tbh, he is best friends with Mike but he also knows that you're his sister and Mike was an asshole, so he does what you say while also brainstorming ways to get you and Mike to be friends again

Max is totally on your side in all of this, she doesn't care much about making you and Mike friends again since he was a major jerk

But she is there for you to vent and let it all out

Eventually, Mike will come to his senses and actually apologize to you for everything he said does understand if you still want nothing to do with him anymore

Of course, I love doing the eleven sister hc's!

At first, you're probably closer to Mike than the rest of the party, much like your sister

Next would probably be Will and Dustin since they are more willing to go with things than Lucas was

You probably have some major issues with Lucas at first since he literally thinks you and your sister escaped from a "looney bin"

But over time Lucas becomes more accepting

The older group of teens was intimidating to you especially at first since they were practically adults in your eyes, and you knew not to trust many adults

But you realize they aren't so bad after all

Hopper and Joyce were by far the most terrifying to you in the beginning

Most adults in your life, you had learned not to trust

So what made them different?

Joyce had been so kind and motherly, despite her own son being missing and the other being in danger just by being in Hawkins

That whole experience with finding will make you realize that not all adults were completely bad

But Hopper had brought you and Eleven in, in the middle of winter and provided you both with food and warmth

He was what adults should have always been to you and Eleven

It was comforting to know that not all adults were terrible and out to hurt you

Steve was a bit off-putting and intimidating at first, as was everyone

But then he was protective and willing to put himself in danger to help you and your friends

Robin was brave and quirky but in a good way, she wasn't the best socially but was there if anyone wanted to talk or just wanted company

Nancy was smart and secretly badass, that and whatever you or your sister needed girl-wise, she was willing to help with

Jonathan was a bit of a loner and not much of a talker either, but he was close with Will, so he was good in your books

Being Apart Of The Van Der Linde Gang Would Include…

Being adopted brought in by either Dutch or Hosea

But regardless of who brought you in, you are welcomed with open arms and immediately accepted by almost everyone

Most people in the group are friendly and help you get the hang of things around camp and your chores

Being given more tame/boring chores around camp until you get fed up and convince one of the boys to let you tag along on their outings

Once you get the gist of things with their way of life, you are trusted to do more things on your own

From then on you're brought along on the jobs and robbing they do almost daily

Either getting drunk with Sean or helping Sean when he is drunk/hungover, there is no in-between

The older gang members being protective of you and being like a sibling to them

Jack looking up to you especially if you're good with kids or just nice to him

Going through those ups and downs with the gang, and moving from place to place

If you don't know how to read one of the gang members who know how will be more than happy to help like Hosea, Mary-Beth, Arthur(if he has the time), etc.

If you do know how to read others who don't may ask you to teach or help them with learning to like Sean or Abigail

Being taught to fish/going fishing with Kieran or Javier

Learning to hunt with Charles or Arthur

Eating Pearson's soup full of whatever animal was last brought to him

Witnessing those who were killed or helping bury those in the group that got killed

Helping search everywhere for Jack when he was kidnapped and trying your best to calm Abigail and reassure her that he would be found

Being hunted and tracked by Pinkertons, O'Driscolls, Bounty hunters, and Leviticus Cornwall's men

Watching Dutch slowly lose his mind and betray people that trusted him after losing Hosea

Being there for the breaking up of the gang and being forced to choose sides and point guns at people who once trusted you
